【摘要】：1985年我國開始推行學(xué)生平安保險,2008年9月國家又明確規(guī)定將大學(xué)生納入城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保障體系,大學(xué)生醫(yī)療保障體系就此初步建立。但此體系只能提供最基本的醫(yī)療保障,大學(xué)生醫(yī)保、學(xué)平險所未覆蓋的地方或保障不足的地方則需要進(jìn)一步完善,譬如大學(xué)生重疾保障、意外身故等。本文以完善大學(xué)生醫(yī)療保障體系為目的,重點(diǎn)分析了大學(xué)生互助保險基金實(shí)行的必要性和可行性,并結(jié)合湖北經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院實(shí)際,測算了大學(xué)生互助保險基金的繳費(fèi)水平、收支情況等。分析結(jié)果顯示,大學(xué)生互助保險基金是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:In 1985, our country began to carry out student safety insurance, and in September 2008, the state clearly stipulated that college students should be included in the basic medical security system of urban residents, and the medical security system for college students had been initially established. However, this system can only provide the most basic medical security, the medical insurance of college students, the places that are not covered by the study insurance, or the places where the insurance is insufficient, such as the serious illness insurance of college students, accidental death and so on, need to be further improved. In order to perfect the medical insurance system of college students, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing mutual insurance fund for college students, and calculates the contribution level of mutual insurance fund for college students combined with the actual situation of Hubei University of Economics. Income and expenditure, etc The result shows that the mutual insurance fund is feasible.
