太平洋壽險(xiǎn)寧夏分公司員工培訓(xùn)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:自中國(guó)進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)作為朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)也進(jìn)入了全面開(kāi)放時(shí)期。隨著外資保險(xiǎn)公司的持續(xù)進(jìn)入,國(guó)內(nèi)新保險(xiǎn)公司的不斷成立,保險(xiǎn)公司的數(shù)量不斷增加,市場(chǎng)上從事保險(xiǎn)銷(xiāo)售工作的人員也越來(lái)越多。為了加強(qiáng)企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,人力資源的作用日益受到重視。作為人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)重要項(xiàng)目,培訓(xùn)對(duì)于提高銷(xiāo)售人員的行業(yè)技能和業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)起著非常重要的作用,可以很大程度上緩解保險(xiǎn)業(yè)人才短缺的狀況,對(duì)于提高銷(xiāo)售人員素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面顯得尤為重要。 本文以人力資源理論和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等理論為研究依據(jù),并對(duì)中外的相關(guān)研究成果和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理。在這些理論依據(jù)和文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)太平洋壽險(xiǎn)寧夏分公司現(xiàn)存的培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題及成因進(jìn)行細(xì)致的調(diào)查及分析。結(jié)合統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查、分析方法和工具對(duì)太平洋壽險(xiǎn)寧夏分公司的培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)調(diào)查,選取了業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)中不同職級(jí)進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪(fǎng)談?wù){(diào)查。 通過(guò)研究,找出了公司在員工培訓(xùn)方面存在培訓(xùn)理念落后、培訓(xùn)流程實(shí)施不完整、培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)不科學(xué)、培訓(xùn)方法單一和培訓(xùn)反饋不足等問(wèn)題,結(jié)合先進(jìn)的人力資源管理理論,做好培訓(xùn)的需求分析,科學(xué)定位培訓(xùn)方向,建立起適合的長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃和發(fā)展,符合企業(yè)文化和員工特色的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)體系;建立起因材施教,靈活多樣的培訓(xùn)形式。讓員工在科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)中提升自身素質(zhì)及能力,通過(guò)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃式的公司指導(dǎo)明確成長(zhǎng)方向,以自己的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)企業(yè)整體績(jī)效的提升,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人和公司的雙贏(yíng)。
[Abstract]:Since China entered the 21st century, the insurance industry as a sunrise industry has been rapidly developed, and the insurance market has entered an all-around opening period. With the continuous entry of foreign insurance companies and the establishment of new domestic insurance companies, the number of insurance companies is increasing, and more people are engaged in insurance sales in the market. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, the role of human resources has been paid more and more attention. As an important project of human resource development, training plays a very important role in improving the industry skills and business knowledge of sales personnel, can alleviate the shortage of insurance personnel to a great extent, and improve the quality of sales personnel. It is particularly important to strengthen enterprise management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the theory of human resources and statistics, this paper combs the related research results and literature. On the basis of the theoretical basis and literature review, this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the existing training problems and causes of the Pacific Life Insurance Ningxia Branch. Combined with statistical investigation, analysis methods and tools, the training of Pacific Life Insurance Ningxia Branch was investigated, and different ranks of business team were selected for questionnaire survey and interview investigation. Through the research, we find out that the company has the problems of backward training idea, incomplete implementation of training process, unscientific training goal, single training method and insufficient training feedback, etc., combined with advanced human resource management theory. Do a good job of training needs analysis, scientific orientation of training, establish a suitable long-term planning and development, in line with corporate culture and staff characteristics of the training objectives; To establish a flexible and varied form of training in accordance with their aptitude. Let the staff in the scientific training improve their own quality and ability, through the career planning of the company guidance clear growth direction, with their own development to promote the overall performance of the enterprise, so as to achieve a win-win situation for individuals and companies.
