促進(jìn)河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,居民對于健康保險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)識逐步加深,這為河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展提供了前提條件。但河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)可度和市場占有率仍然較低,關(guān)于商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的調(diào)查研究相對較少。本文基于上述現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,從河北省居民對于商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)知、滿意程度等各角度對該項(xiàng)保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,收集到河北省各地市問卷共1103份。本文對所收取的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行了資料整合與分析,運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對所獲數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了建模研究及分析。本文的主要結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章闡述了研究的背景及選題的意義,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了整理及總結(jié),介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容、框架及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二章闡釋了商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的概念及特征,辨析了商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)與城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險(xiǎn)的關(guān)系;第三章對河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)品與市場情況、行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析;第四章對問卷所獲數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理歸納,對差異數(shù)據(jù)使用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析;第五章通過上述分析提出關(guān)于河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展亟待解決的問題,針對問題提出了對策建議,對于調(diào)查研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié),提出強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、完善重疾險(xiǎn)推廣渠道、消除居民投保誤區(qū)、改善增值服務(wù),增強(qiáng)客戶黏性等有利于河北省商業(yè)重大疾病保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy, residents' understanding of health insurance is gradually deepened, which provides a prerequisite for the development of Hebei Province's commercial major disease insurance. However, the acceptance and market share of commercial major disease insurance in Hebei Province are still low, and the investigation and research on commercial major disease insurance are relatively few. Based on the above situation, this paper designs a questionnaire, investigates the insurance product from the aspects of the cognition and satisfaction of the residents of Hebei Province, and collects 1103 questionnaires from various cities and cities in Hebei Province. In this paper, the data collected from the questionnaire are integrated and analyzed, and the data are modeled and analyzed by SPSS software. The main structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter describes the background of the study and the significance of the topic, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the research content, framework and innovation points of this paper; The second chapter explains the concept and characteristics of commercial major disease insurance, and analyzes the relationship between commercial major disease insurance and urban and rural residents' serious illness insurance. The third chapter analyzes the product and market situation, industry status and questionnaire statistical data of commercial major disease insurance in Hebei province, the fourth chapter summarizes the data obtained from the questionnaire, and makes an empirical analysis on the difference data using SPSS software. Through the above analysis, the fifth chapter puts forward the problems that need to be solved urgently in the development of commercial major diseases insurance in Hebei Province, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, summarizes the problems found in the investigation and research, and proposes to strengthen the innovation of products. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Hebei Province's commercial major diseases insurance are to improve the channel of heavy disease insurance, eliminate the misunderstandings of residents' insurance, improve the value-added service and enhance the adhesion of customers.
