【摘要】：新農(nóng)保實(shí)行自愿參保,農(nóng)民的參保選擇是影響新農(nóng)保覆蓋面的關(guān)鍵因素。本文以山東省新農(nóng)保試點(diǎn)地區(qū)農(nóng)民參保狀況調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對農(nóng)民參加新農(nóng)保的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明:年齡、家庭規(guī)模、年人均純收入、人均耕地面積、制度了解程度和傾向的養(yǎng)老方式對農(nóng)民的參保選擇具有顯著性影響。農(nóng)民年齡越大參保的可能性越高,家庭規(guī)模較大、年人均純收入在8000元以上、人均耕地面積少、對新農(nóng)保制度了解較多以及傾向現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老方式的農(nóng)民更有可能參保。性別、文化程度、婚姻狀況以及是否擔(dān)心養(yǎng)老等四個因素對農(nóng)民的參保選擇沒有顯著性影響。
[Abstract]:The farmers' participation is the key factor affecting the coverage of the new rural insurance. Based on the investigation data of farmers participating in the new rural insurance in Shandong Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of farmers' participation in the new rural insurance. The results show that age, family size, per capita net income, per capita cultivated land area, the degree of understanding of the system and the tendency of the old-age system have a significant impact on farmers' participation in insurance. The older the farmer is, the higher the possibility of participating in the insurance is, the larger the family scale, the more the net income per capita is more than 8000 yuan per year, the less the area of cultivated land per capita is, and the more the farmers who know more about the new rural insurance system and tend to the modern old-age mode are more likely to participate in the insurance. Sex, education, marital status and worry about old-age care had no significant influence on farmers' choice of insurance.
