【摘要】:中國古代儒家文化精華是現(xiàn)代人力資管理論的雛形,“得人心者得天下”。人是最有價(jià)值的生產(chǎn)力,操作設(shè)備、設(shè)計(jì)模型、財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等等生產(chǎn)中的每一項(xiàng)工作都靠人來完成,人在這些過程中發(fā)揮著主動創(chuàng)造作用,每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都對整個(gè)生產(chǎn)效益貢獻(xiàn)著價(jià)值。 中國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了30多年的快速發(fā)展,2013年步入了一個(gè)嶄新的發(fā)展階段。截止2012年9月底,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)資產(chǎn)總額68999億元,市場主體日漸增多,市場結(jié)構(gòu)逐步優(yōu)化,保險(xiǎn)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會生活中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。 保險(xiǎn)業(yè)迅速成成長的同時(shí),更應(yīng)關(guān)注保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,關(guān)心消費(fèi)者信心的建立,而這一切保險(xiǎn)活動都與廣大的保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員緊密相聯(lián)。近年來,人才的頻繁流動已成為中國保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶井,如何留住人才,用好人才,成為保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中必須面對和處理好的問題。 通過對影響保險(xiǎn)公司員工忠誠度因素的培養(yǎng)研究,證明員工忠誠度培養(yǎng)能有效的降低企業(yè)人員流失率,為企業(yè)留住有能力的人才,“以人為本”是組織文化的核心與靈魂,員工忠誠度是員工職業(yè)道德的核心,是員工職業(yè)操守的靈魂。 本文研究以A人壽保險(xiǎn)公司廣西分公司為研究對象,并以公司員工忠誠度為研究切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外有關(guān)企業(yè)員工忠誠度的相關(guān)理論,分析A人壽保險(xiǎn)公司廣西分公司的員工忠誠度與人員流失現(xiàn)狀的關(guān)系;通過加強(qiáng)員工忠誠度的培養(yǎng)降低人員離職風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。根據(jù)影響忠誠度因素總結(jié)培養(yǎng)員工忠誠度的策略,提出實(shí)施策略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The essence of ancient Chinese Confucian culture is the embryonic form of modern human resource management theory. People are the most valuable productive forces, operating equipment, designing models, financial risk control and so on in the production of each job is done by human beings, people play a creative role in these processes, Each link contributes value to the whole production benefit. China's insurance industry has experienced more than 30 years of rapid development, in 2013 has entered a new stage of development. Up to the end of September, 2012, the total assets of insurance industry are 6.8999 trillion yuan, the market main body is increasing day by day, the market structure is optimized step by step, and insurance plays an increasingly important role in the national economy and social life. At the same time, the insurance industry should pay more attention to the quality of insurance development and the establishment of consumer confidence, and all these insurance activities are closely related to the vast number of insurance practitioners. In recent years, the frequent flow of talents has become a bottle well for the development of China's insurance industry. How to retain and make good use of talents has become a problem that must be faced and dealt with in the process of development of insurance enterprises. Through the research of influencing factors of employee loyalty in insurance company, it is proved that employee loyalty training can effectively reduce the turnover rate of enterprise personnel and retain competent talents for enterprises. "People-oriented" is the core and soul of organizational culture. Employee loyalty is the core of employee's professional ethics and the soul of employee's professional ethics. This paper takes Guangxi Branch of A Life Insurance Company as the research object, takes employee loyalty as the starting point, and combines the related theories of employee loyalty at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the relationship between employee loyalty and staff turnover in Guangxi Branch of A Life Insurance Company, and reduces the turnover risk by strengthening the cultivation of employee loyalty. According to the factors of influencing loyalty, the strategies to cultivate employee loyalty are summarized, and the guarantee measures are put forward.
