【摘要】:河北鋼鐵集團(tuán)提出鋼鐵主業(yè)全成本理念,適當(dāng)發(fā)展多元化戰(zhàn)略。作為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要財(cái)務(wù)支出,,集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)自集團(tuán)成立以來(lái)一直處于分散狀態(tài),保險(xiǎn)成本高且不易于管理。本文以集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)管理為主要研究目標(biāo),努力探索集內(nèi)需、管理、效益、金融為一體的集約化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式。 在研究過(guò)程中,引用大量詳實(shí)的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)鋼鐵、金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)比分析,同時(shí)深入闡述集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)管理基礎(chǔ)。以訪談?wù){(diào)研法、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法、企業(yè)綜合分析法制訂出集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)集中管理戰(zhàn)略。突出成本領(lǐng)先、差異化管理特色,進(jìn)一步運(yùn)用定性定量分析法確定集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)具體運(yùn)營(yíng)方式,并以合理預(yù)期效益加以說(shuō)明總結(jié)。 同時(shí)創(chuàng)新集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)管理方式,使保險(xiǎn)的信用、保證、資產(chǎn)管理功能應(yīng)用于集團(tuán)建設(shè)。在鋼企財(cái)務(wù)費(fèi)用極其緊張局面下,發(fā)展新的融資模式。 通過(guò)并購(gòu)重組,集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)保持原總保費(fèi)不變,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)設(shè)施保險(xiǎn)金額由1098億元擴(kuò)展至3200億元;同時(shí),歸納分散到社會(huì)中的職工個(gè)人保險(xiǎn)2000萬(wàn)元。整合后的集團(tuán)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn),憑借規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)、成本優(yōu)勢(shì)、潛在創(chuàng)效空間實(shí)現(xiàn)新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),為集團(tuán)多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)造有效渠道。
[Abstract]:Hebei Iron and Steel Group put forward the concept of full cost of the main industry of iron and steel, appropriate development of diversification strategy. As an important financial expenditure of risk management, the group property insurance has been in a decentralized state since the establishment of the group, and the insurance cost is high and difficult to manage. This paper takes the property insurance management of the group as the main research goal, and tries to explore the intensive risk management mode which integrates domestic demand, management, benefit and finance. In the course of the research, we cite a large number of detailed data, through the comparative analysis of the development of iron and steel, financial industry, and at the same time, deeply explain the property insurance management foundation within the group. The centralized management strategy of group property insurance is worked out by the method of interview, literature research and enterprise comprehensive analysis. This paper highlights the characteristics of cost leading and differential management, further uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis method to determine the specific operation mode of group property insurance, and explains and summarizes it with reasonable expected benefits. At the same time, innovation group property insurance management mode, make insurance credit, guarantee, asset management function applied to group construction. In the steel enterprise financial costs extremely tight situation, the development of new financing model. Through mergers and acquisitions, the group property insurance keeps the original total premium unchanged, and the insurance amount of business facilities insurance is extended from 109.8 billion yuan to 320 billion yuan; at the same time, the individual insurance for workers and staff members scattered in the society is summed up to 20 million yuan. The integrated group property insurance can realize new profit growth point by virtue of scale advantage, cost advantage and potential creation space, and create an effective channel for the diversification development strategy of the group.
