【摘要】：正自2012年8月國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、衛(wèi)生部、財(cái)政部、人力資源和社會(huì)保障部、民政部、中國(guó)保監(jiān)會(huì)等六部委聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于開展城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險(xiǎn)工作的指導(dǎo)意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》)以來(lái),大病保險(xiǎn)成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。針對(duì)大病保險(xiǎn)承辦方式、商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)參與醫(yī)保體系建設(shè)的核心價(jià)值、大病保險(xiǎn)的專業(yè)監(jiān)管、大病保險(xiǎn)的"部門利益超越"以及大病保險(xiǎn)工作需
[Abstract]:Since August 2012, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Since the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and other six ministries and commissions jointly issued the guiding opinions on the Development of serious illness Insurance for Urban and Rural residents (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), serious illness insurance has become the focus of social concern. Aiming at the way of undertaking serious illness insurance, the core value of commercial health insurance participating in the construction of medical insurance system, the professional supervision of serious illness insurance, the "surpassing of departmental interests" of serious illness insurance and the need of serious illness insurance work.
