高職學生職業(yè)核心素養(yǎng)培育路徑探究

【摘要】:我國頒布《中國學生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)》,標志著學生核心素養(yǎng)正式成為經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)背景下教育關照社會新需求和個人終身發(fā)展的重要范疇。經(jīng)濟結構面向重大調(diào)整和轉型升級,意味著人才的流動、崗位的變遷、技能的更新加劇,勢必對學習能力和協(xié)作能力等核心素養(yǎng)提出新的要求。然而,職業(yè)教育主客體兼具的"技能至上""工具理性"等傳統(tǒng)理念阻礙職業(yè)核心素養(yǎng)的培育。基于課程體系、校企合作、校園活動三級載體實施"感、攢、看、練、驗、展"六嬗變?nèi)珕T全過程的職業(yè)核心素養(yǎng)培育體系是破解當前知識技能和核心素養(yǎng)脫節(jié)問題的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The promulgation of "Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development" symbolizes that the core literacy of students has become an important category for education to take care of the new needs of society and the lifelong development of individuals under the background of the new normal economy. The economic structure is oriented to major adjustment and transformation and upgrading, which means the flow of talents, the change of posts and the aggravation of the renewal of skills, which is bound to put forward new requirements for the core qualities such as learning ability and cooperation ability. However, the traditional concepts of "skill first" and "tool rationality" both subject and object of vocational education hinder the cultivation of vocational core accomplishment. Based on the curriculum system, the cooperation of school and enterprise, and the implementation of "feeling, saving, watching, practicing and testing" in the three levels of campus activities, It is an effective way to solve the disjointed problem of knowledge skill and core accomplishment to solve the cultivation system of professional core accomplishment in the whole process of "six transmutation".
