【摘要】：自2004年教育部和財政部投入專項資金、啟動職業(yè)教育實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)計劃以來,高職實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)進(jìn)入了一個快速發(fā)展的上升期。高職院校實訓(xùn)基地的校企合作關(guān)系也經(jīng)歷了由"政府主體""學(xué)校主體""多元主體"到當(dāng)前的"雙主體"建設(shè)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。在"雙主體"實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)過程中,由于校企雙方在實訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)的利益目標(biāo)、文化背景上的差異,使得兩者的主體性發(fā)揮有所差異。
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance invested special funds to start the construction plan of vocational education training base in 2004, the construction of vocational training base has entered a period of rapid development and promotion. The cooperative relationship between colleges and enterprises in the practical training base of higher vocational colleges has also undergone the transformation from "government subject" school subject "and" multiple subject "to the current construction mode of" double subject ". In the course of the construction of the training base of "double subjects", there are some differences in the subjectivity between the two sides because of the differences in the interests and cultural background of the two sides in the construction of the training base.
