【摘要】：教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力是影響高職院校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的重要因素,對(duì)于高職院校的課程教學(xué)、學(xué)校管理、人才培養(yǎng)、科研活動(dòng)等具有重要意義。但是學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)高職院校教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力問(wèn)題關(guān)注甚少,很少有學(xué)者從勒溫場(chǎng)動(dòng)力理論出發(fā)研究高職院校教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力問(wèn)題,這些影響了高職教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)和生成。本文以勒溫場(chǎng)動(dòng)力理論為理論依據(jù),運(yùn)用場(chǎng)動(dòng)力公式和場(chǎng)動(dòng)力模型分析了高職教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力生成的動(dòng)力因素,探究了高職教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力生成機(jī)制的建設(shè)路徑。
[Abstract]:Teacher leadership is an important factor affecting the professional development and professional growth of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is of great significance to curriculum teaching, school management, talent training and scientific research activities in higher vocational colleges. However, the academic circles pay little attention to the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges, and few scholars study the problem of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges from the theory of dynamic theory of temperature field, which affects the cultivation and generation of teachers' leadership in higher vocational colleges. Based on the theory of temperature field dynamics, this paper analyzes the dynamic factors of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation by using field dynamic formula and field dynamic model, and probes into the construction path of higher vocational teachers' leadership generation mechanism.
