澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師培養(yǎng)、任職、培訓(xùn)比較研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,成績(jī)斐然,但同時(shí)也暴露出了諸多問(wèn)題。其中很多問(wèn)題都和我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)有直接關(guān)系。澳大利亞TAFE學(xué)院在世界上享有盛譽(yù),在為澳大利亞社會(huì)培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量人才方面取得了杰出的成就,究其成功的根源與其高質(zhì)量的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)密不可分。研究澳大利亞TAFE學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況,為我國(guó)高職學(xué)院的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供有益的借鑒。 全文共分五個(gè)部分: 第一部分,導(dǎo)論。主要介紹了選題的緣由、研究的目的和意義、核心概念的界定、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究的主要內(nèi)容和基本的研究方法。 第二部分,澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師培養(yǎng)比較。主要研究了澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式、培養(yǎng)課程的不同特點(diǎn),最后對(duì)“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行比較。 第三部分,澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師結(jié)構(gòu)、任職資格與錄用比較。主要研究了澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院的不同教師結(jié)構(gòu)、教師資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和教師選拔錄用的不同特點(diǎn),最后對(duì)“兩種”高職學(xué)院的教師結(jié)構(gòu)、任職資格與錄用進(jìn)行比較。 第四部分,澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院教師培訓(xùn)比較。主要對(duì)“兩種’高職學(xué)院不同的教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式進(jìn)行了研究,最后對(duì)“兩種”高職學(xué)院的教師培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行比較。 第五部分,研究結(jié)論與啟示。通過(guò)對(duì)澳中“兩種”高職學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍的比較研究得出結(jié)論,提出有益于我國(guó)高職學(xué)院師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in our country has developed rapidly and has made great achievements, but at the same time, it has exposed many problems. Many of the problems are directly related to the construction of teachers in higher vocational education in China. The Australian TAFE College enjoys a high reputation in the world and has made outstanding achievements in cultivating high-quality talents for the Australian society. The root of its success is closely related to the construction of high-quality teachers. This paper studies the experience of teaching staff construction of TAFE College in Australia and combines with the actual situation of teachers' team construction in higher vocational education in our country, which provides useful reference for the construction of teachers' team in higher vocational education in our country. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the reason of choosing the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of the core concept, the literature review, the main contents of the research and the basic research methods. The second part, Australia and China, "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher training comparison. This paper mainly studies the training objectives, training models and different characteristics of the "two kinds of" higher vocational college teachers in Australia and China, and finally compares the "two kinds of" teacher training in higher vocational colleges. The third part, Australian and Chinese "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher structure, the post qualification and the employment comparison. This paper mainly studies the different teacher structure, the standard of teacher qualification and the different characteristics of teacher selection and employment in the "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges in Australia and China. Finally, it compares the teacher structure, the qualification and the employment of the "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges. The fourth part, Australia and China "two kinds" higher vocational college teacher training comparison. This paper mainly studies the different teacher training institutions, training contents and training methods of "two kinds of higher vocational colleges", and finally compares the teacher training of "two kinds of" higher vocational colleges. The fifth part, the research conclusion and enlightenment. This paper draws a conclusion by comparing the teaching staff of Australia and China, and puts forward some enlightenment for the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China.
