【摘要】：穩(wěn)定的師徒關系是現代學徒制能否成功構建的重要基礎。師徒關系從私人發(fā)展走向制度發(fā)展,經歷了個體手工業(yè)學徒制時期、傳統(tǒng)行會學徒制時期、企業(yè)學徒制時期以及現代學徒制時期等四個階段。在現代產業(yè)形態(tài)和現代教育發(fā)展的影響下,現代學徒制中的師徒關系不斷向制度化發(fā)展。因此,現代學徒制實施過程中要制定師傅管理規(guī)范,完善師傅資格評價等級;重視師傅職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),形成師傅培訓體系;采取師徒雙向選擇,形成雙向互動學習與反饋;規(guī)范學徒評價標準,促進學徒職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Stable relationship between teacher and apprentice is an important foundation for the successful construction of modern apprenticeship system. From private development to institutional development, the relationship between master and apprentice has experienced four stages: individual handicraft apprenticeship system, traditional guild apprenticeship system, enterprise apprenticeship system and modern apprenticeship system. Under the influence of the modern industrial form and the development of modern education, the relationship between teacher and apprentice in the modern apprenticeship system is developing to systematization. Therefore, in the process of implementing modern apprenticeship system, we should establish the management norm of master, perfect the grade of teacher qualification evaluation, attach importance to the training of master's professional ability, form the training system of master, adopt the two-way choice of teacher and apprentice, and form two-way interactive learning and feedback. Standardize the Apprenticeship Evaluation Standard and promote the Apprenticeship career Development.
