云南省德宏州少數(shù)民族小學(xué)開展少兒趣味田徑的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:少兒趣味田徑2002年由國(guó)際田聯(lián)發(fā)起。目前,中國(guó)在一線及二線城市中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中已經(jīng)全面開展,因?yàn)樯钍軓V大師生的喜愛,所以取得了積極的推廣效果,少兒趣味田徑有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和集體主義精神;有利于提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)體育知識(shí)和技能的積極性和主動(dòng)性;有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展,提高身體素質(zhì);有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力。少兒趣味田徑是一項(xiàng)新興的優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,對(duì)少兒學(xué)習(xí)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目具有較好的推動(dòng)作用。云南省德宏州芒市少數(shù)民族地區(qū)缺乏此項(xiàng)目,本人為了讓云南省德宏州芒市少數(shù)民族小學(xué)生能接觸到國(guó)際田聯(lián)推廣的優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,為了讓孩子們感受學(xué)習(xí)田徑項(xiàng)目的樂(lè)趣和好處,將少兒趣味田徑積極引入和推廣。本文旨在探討少兒趣味田徑在云南省德宏州少數(shù)民族小學(xué)開展的可行性,選取了云南省德宏州芒市地區(qū),芒市民族小學(xué)和芒市第三小學(xué)四年級(jí)四個(gè)班級(jí)學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,以芒市地區(qū)八所小學(xué)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法對(duì)研究對(duì)象和統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)通過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和教師、學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析,所調(diào)查學(xué)校和實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生喜歡少兒趣味田徑,并愿意引進(jìn)器材和推廣此項(xiàng)目,說(shuō)明少兒趣味田徑在云南省德宏州芒市少數(shù)民族地區(qū)開展是可行的。(2)針對(duì)云南省德宏州芒市少數(shù)民族小學(xué)地方特色,結(jié)合少兒趣味田徑進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)編,創(chuàng)編器材有少兒標(biāo)槍、魚雷、花球,創(chuàng)編項(xiàng)目有一級(jí)方程式、花球投準(zhǔn)、少兒標(biāo)槍、挑重接力、抗洪搶險(xiǎn)、跳雷接力、雙龍戲珠、送快遞、鏟除垃圾、打龍尾、民族繩操等,經(jīng)過(guò)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),適合在當(dāng)?shù)亻_展,并受廣大師生喜愛。(3)云南省德宏州芒市第三小學(xué)和芒市民族小學(xué)兩所學(xué)校學(xué)生采用少兒趣味田徑和創(chuàng)編項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行教學(xué),進(jìn)過(guò)四個(gè)月的實(shí)驗(yàn)后,所測(cè)的5項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì),實(shí)驗(yàn)組相對(duì)于對(duì)照組身體素質(zhì)明顯提高;少兒趣味田徑課堂氛圍相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)體育課課堂氛圍好。(4)云南省德宏州開展少兒趣味田徑存在的問(wèn)題有項(xiàng)目少,創(chuàng)編器材的局限性不能滿足該項(xiàng)目可持續(xù)發(fā)展。推廣力度不夠,認(rèn)知度低,教師接受有關(guān)田徑教學(xué)研究的知識(shí)、教材及體育競(jìng)賽組織活動(dòng)安排較少等。
[Abstract]:Children's interesting track and field by the International Athletic Federation in 2002. At present, physical education in primary and secondary schools in first-tier and second-tier cities in China has been carried out in an all-round way. Because it is deeply loved by teachers and students, it has achieved positive results in promoting physical education. Children's interesting track and field is helpful to cultivate students' team consciousness and collectivism spirit, to improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning sports knowledge and skills, to promote students' physical and mental health development and to improve their physical quality. It is beneficial to cultivate students' creative spirit and practical ability. Children's interesting track and field is a new advantage project, which has a good promotion to children's learning track and field sports. This project is lacking in the minority areas of Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. In order to give primary school students of ethnic minorities in Dehong City, Yunnan Province, access to the advantages of IAAF promotion, and to let children feel the fun and benefits of learning track and field events, Children's interesting track and field will be actively introduced and promoted. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of children's interesting track and field in minority primary schools in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Taking eight primary schools in Mango city as the investigation object, the research object and the statistical results are analyzed by the methods of experimental research, questionnaire survey, interview, literature, mathematical statistics and so on. The conclusions are as follows: (1) through the questionnaire analysis of teaching experiments and teachers and students, the school and experimental school leaders, teachers and students like children's interesting track and field, and are willing to introduce equipment and promote this project. It shows that it is feasible for children's interesting track and field to be carried out in minority areas of Dehong City, Yunnan Province. (2) aiming at the local characteristics of minority primary schools in Dehong City, Yunnan Province, combining with children's interesting track and field, the project creation is carried out, and the creation equipment has children's javelin guns. Torpedoes, flower balls, creative projects have formula one, flower balls are accurate, children javelin guns, pick heavy relay, flood rescue, lightning jump relay, Shuanglong play beads, delivery, eradication of garbage, dragon tail, national rope, and so on, through teaching experiments, Suitable for local development and popular with teachers and students. (3) the students of the third Primary School and the ethnic Primary School of Yunnan Province adopt the children's interesting track and field and creation-creation projects to teach. After four months of experiments, Compared with the control group, the physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved, and the atmosphere of children's interesting track and field class was better than that of the traditional physical education class. (4) there were few problems in the development of children's interesting track and field in Dehong, Yunnan Province. The limitations of creative equipment can not meet the sustainable development of the project. The popularization is not enough, the cognition is low, the teachers accept the knowledge about the track and field teaching research, the teaching material and the organization arrangement of the sports competition are few and so on.
