小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范的實證研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)道德是教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的靈魂,它是教師在其職業(yè)活動領(lǐng)域內(nèi)應(yīng)遵循的道德準(zhǔn)則和行為規(guī)范。小學(xué)教師作為基礎(chǔ)教育的實施者,小學(xué)生良好性格和行為習(xí)慣的引導(dǎo)者,其規(guī)范的職業(yè)道德行為對小學(xué)生身心的健康發(fā)展產(chǎn)生直接而深刻的影響。然而,近年來,媒體報道的關(guān)于小學(xué)教師辱罵學(xué)生、做有償家教等違背教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范的事件屢屢發(fā)生,教師的職業(yè)道德失范問題已經(jīng)引發(fā)了廣泛關(guān)注。本文主要通過文獻研究法、問卷調(diào)查法和統(tǒng)計分析法對小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范進行實證研究。首先,在已有文獻對小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范因素整理的基礎(chǔ)上,對這些因素進行相關(guān)分析,找出小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范的影響因素,接著結(jié)合影響因素深入剖析其失范根源,最后,提出針對性的建議,為防治小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范提供一些參考。本論文共有四章組成。第一章為緒論,主要介紹了研究背景,探討了研究意義,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范的文獻進行了梳理,闡述了本論文的研究方法和研究思路。第二章通過問卷調(diào)查,客觀把握小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范現(xiàn)狀,分析小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德整體失范程度及主要表現(xiàn)形式。第三章在文獻資料整理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從個人因素、環(huán)境因素兩方面進行研究假設(shè),主要包括:小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范與職業(yè)倦怠呈正相關(guān);小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范與對職業(yè)道德規(guī)范的了解程度呈負(fù)相關(guān);小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范與規(guī)范約束力呈負(fù)相關(guān);小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范與同伴失范行為呈正相關(guān)等等。然后通過問卷得出的數(shù)據(jù)對這些假設(shè)進行論證,結(jié)合這些影響因素深入剖析其失范根源。第四章根據(jù)對小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德失范原因的分析,提出應(yīng)對失范的具體對策,包括教師個人方面:要學(xué)會自我調(diào)適、保持心理健康,增強自律意識,提高自身職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)等;學(xué)校方面:加強對教師的職業(yè)道德教育、完善教師評價機制、健全師德監(jiān)督機制等;社會方面:不斷提高教師地位、堅持正確的輿論導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the soul of teachers' professional accomplishment, and it is the moral standard and behavior standard that teachers should follow in their professional activities. As the implementers of elementary education and the guide of pupils' good character and behavior habits, primary school teachers have a direct and profound influence on the healthy development of pupils' body and mind. However, in recent years, the media reported that primary school teachers abuse students, do paid tutoring and other incidents of violating the professional ethics of teachers, teachers' professional ethics has caused widespread concern. This article mainly through the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the statistical analysis method carries on the empirical research to the primary school teacher's professional ethics. First of all, on the basis of sorting out the factors of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, this paper analyzes these factors, finds out the influencing factors of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, and then deeply analyzes the causes of the loss of professional ethics in combination with the influencing factors. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to provide some reference for the prevention and cure of professional ethics of primary school teachers. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, probes into the significance of the research, combs the literature about the professional ethics of primary school teachers at home and abroad, and expounds the research methods and research ideas of this paper. The second chapter through the questionnaire survey, objectively grasps the primary school teacher professional ethics to lose the standard present situation, analyzes the primary school teacher professional ethics overall abnormal degree and the main manifestation form. The third chapter is based on the analysis of literature, from the personal factors, environmental factors, two aspects of research hypotheses, including: primary school teachers' professional ethics and burnout positive correlation; There is a negative correlation between the professional ethics of primary school teachers and the level of understanding of professional ethics norms, a negative correlation between the professional ethics of primary school teachers and the binding force of norms, and a positive correlation between professional ethics of primary school teachers and the behavior of peer anomie, and so on. Then through the data obtained from the questionnaire to demonstrate these hypotheses, combined with these factors in-depth analysis of the root causes of anomie. The fourth chapter based on the analysis of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, puts forward specific countermeasures, including teachers' personal aspects: to learn to adjust themselves, to maintain mental health, to enhance self-discipline awareness, improve their own professional ethics literacy; In school, teachers' professional ethics education should be strengthened, teachers' evaluation mechanism should be perfected, teachers' moral supervision mechanism should be perfected, and social aspect: teachers' status should be improved constantly, and correct public opinion should be adhered to.
