【摘要】：近年來,伴隨著教育改革的逐步推進,素質(zhì)教育的觀念得到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。然而,由于長期受到應(yīng)試教育的影響,當今班級管理中普遍存在著情感缺失的問題。一線工作的語文教師,常身兼語文教學和班級管理的雙重工作,應(yīng)意識到教學與班級管理并不割裂,而是相輔相成的。班級管理中情感缺位的問題不容忽視,而語文教學中的情感教育正能有效填補這一方面的不足。本論文通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料的綜述分析,以小學語文的閱讀教學作為切入口,深入探討情感教學對班級管理的影響。研究主要采用問卷調(diào)查及教育實驗法進行,選擇逸景第一小學五年級兩個平行班分別作為實驗班和對照班,并以《我的班級》問卷作為衡量班級管理的指標。實驗班在語文教學過程中采用相應(yīng)的情感教育策略進行為期14周的教育實驗,對照班則采用傳統(tǒng)教學方式進行相同內(nèi)容的教學。實驗結(jié)果表明,與對照班相比,實驗班在班級管理的競爭、學習負擔、同學關(guān)系和師生關(guān)系四個維度上,實驗前后的變化都有顯著的提高。這說明小學語文中的情感教育,可以有效改善班級中的各種人際關(guān)系,形成良好的競爭氛圍,提高班級管理的效果。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者進一步深入思考了情感教育在班級管理滲透中的優(yōu)化之徑。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of education reform, people pay more attention to the concept of quality education. However, due to the impact of examination-oriented education for a long time, there is a general lack of emotion in class management. Chinese teachers who work in the front line are often involved in the dual work of Chinese teaching and class management, and should realize that teaching and class management are not separated, but complement each other. The lack of emotion in class management can not be ignored, and emotional education in Chinese teaching can effectively fill the deficiency in this respect. Based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper takes the reading teaching of primary school Chinese as the entry point, and probes into the influence of affective teaching on class management. The research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and education experiment. Two parallel classes in the fifth grade of Yijing Primary School are chosen as the experimental class and the control class, and the questionnaire of "my Class > is used as the index to measure the class management." The experimental class adopts the corresponding affective education strategy to carry on the education experiment for 14 weeks in the Chinese teaching process, while the control class adopts the traditional teaching method to carry on the same content teaching. The experimental results show that compared with the control class, the changes of the experimental class in the four dimensions of class management competition, learning burden, classmate relationship and teacher-student relationship are significantly improved before and after the experiment. This shows that emotional education in primary school Chinese can effectively improve the interpersonal relationships in the class, form a good competitive atmosphere, and improve the effect of class management. On this basis, the author thinks deeply about the optimization of affective education in the infiltration of class management.
