不忘初心,砥礪前行—一名小學(xué)優(yōu)秀教師專業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:人們對(duì)于教師的關(guān)注日益增強(qiáng),促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的需求迫在眉睫。但對(duì)小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究較多關(guān)注理論層面,在實(shí)際操作中對(duì)促進(jìn)小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的幫助并不大。本研究從實(shí)踐角度出發(fā),探尋切實(shí)可行的方法和手段,以期在實(shí)際操作中促進(jìn)小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究選擇了一名在小學(xué)一線從事教育工作十五年的小學(xué)優(yōu)秀教師作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用教育個(gè)案研究方法,從研究對(duì)象個(gè)人專業(yè)發(fā)展歷程入手,通過(guò)對(duì)其的觀察、訪談和資料收集,挖掘其專業(yè)發(fā)展歷程各階段所面臨的困惑以及針對(duì)困惑所選擇的解決方式。不僅能夠使其總結(jié)和反思自身專業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程,還希望能夠通過(guò)其真實(shí)的教育教學(xué)故事去探究促進(jìn)小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,并總結(jié)出一般規(guī)律,結(jié)合教育理論探索出一系列能夠促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的具有實(shí)際操作性的培養(yǎng)方法和手段,以期促進(jìn)更多的小學(xué)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究從堅(jiān)定教育信念,終身學(xué)習(xí),反思完善自身專業(yè)水平等內(nèi)部因素以及外部建立有效培養(yǎng)模式等方面提出了促進(jìn)小學(xué)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的思考和建議。
[Abstract]:People pay more and more attention to teachers, so it is urgent to promote teachers' professional development. However, the related research on the professional development of primary school teachers pays more attention to the theoretical level, and it is of little help to promote the professional development of primary school teachers in practice. From the perspective of practice, this study explores practical ways and means to promote the professional development of primary school teachers. In this study, an excellent primary school teacher who has been engaged in education for 15 years in primary school is chosen as the research object. By using the method of case study of education, the author starts with the research object's personal professional development course, and through the observation to it, Interviews and data collection to explore the professional development process of the various stages of the confusion and the choice of solutions to the confusion. Not only can it sum up and reflect on its own course of professional development, but also hope to explore the influencing factors of promoting the professional development of primary school teachers through its true educational and teaching stories, and sum up the general rules. This paper explores a series of practical training methods and means which can promote the professional development of teachers in order to promote the professional development of more primary school teachers. This study puts forward some thoughts and suggestions to promote the professional development of primary school teachers from the following aspects: strengthening educational belief, lifelong learning, introspecting and perfecting one's own professional level, and establishing effective training mode outside.
