【摘要】:教師人格素質(zhì)是教師在教育實(shí)踐中所表現(xiàn)出來的具有職業(yè)特點(diǎn)的人格特點(diǎn)的有機(jī)結(jié)合。在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中,良好的教師人格素質(zhì)尤顯重要。過去過度關(guān)注教師人格素質(zhì)對(duì)學(xué)生人格形成的作用,而往往忽略了教師人格素質(zhì)對(duì)自身專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。教師專業(yè)發(fā)展離不開人格素質(zhì)的形成和發(fā)展,教師人格素質(zhì)的發(fā)展也必然在專業(yè)發(fā)展中得以進(jìn)行。為適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,教師須要重構(gòu)人格素質(zhì),塑造反思性人格和創(chuàng)新性人格。
[Abstract]:Teachers' personality quality is an organic combination of professional characteristics that teachers show in the practice of education. In the professional development of teachers, a good teacher's personality quality is especially important. In the past, the role of the teacher's personality quality to the students' personality is overly concerned, and the teacher's personality quality has been ignored to their own professional hair. The development of teachers' professional development can not be separated from the formation and development of personality quality, and the development of teachers' personality quality is also bound to be carried out in professional development. In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times, teachers need to reconstruct their personality qualities and create reflective personality and innovative personality.
