【摘要】：中國是一個多民族"多元一體"的國家。中華人民共和國成立以前由于種種社會歷史原因,少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的科、教、文、衛(wèi)等各項事業(yè)發(fā)展狀況比較落后,個別地區(qū)甚至還保留著某些原始社會制度的殘余,少數(shù)民族的教育更是十分滯后。中華人民共和國成立后,經(jīng)過多年的教育改革、政策幫扶,近些年來少數(shù)民族地區(qū)各項事業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,教育問題也有很大的提高。本文以新疆塔城市第一小學(民漢雙語學校)及第五小學(漢語學校)為個例,采用文獻法、實地調查、問卷調查、訪談、分析、比較研究等方法,對以漢族、蒙古族、維吾爾族、哈薩克族、塔吉克族、俄羅斯族、回族等多個民族成分聚集的小學音樂教育現(xiàn)狀進行調查與分析,對學校音樂教育和民族音樂文化的傳承與發(fā)展問題,進行思考并提出自己的觀點。本論文首先闡明選題緣由及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及思路;其次,以塔城市兩所小學為個例進行走訪調查和分析,對多民族背景下塔城市小學學校管理構架及小學教育和學校音樂教育進行梳理、總結,通過對兩所具有代表性的學校音樂教育的實地調查,結合當?shù)孛褡宥鄻游幕拇蟊尘?對當?shù)貙W校音樂教育結合本土多民族音樂文化而提出設想;最后,根據(jù)掌握的資料結合實際情況,對多元背景下的塔城市學校音樂教育,要求教師因地制宜結合當?shù)孛褡甯栉栉幕亩鄻有�、利用本土豐富的音樂元素構建多元文化背景下的新疆音樂教育。本文以國家課程標準提出的審美教育為基點,結合中國國情下新疆塔城市小學教育中存在的單語教學及雙語教學學校音樂多元文化的教育為出發(fā)點,既要認真完成課標要求又要扎根本土,傳承和發(fā)揚民族傳統(tǒng)文化外還要求教師拓寬眼界、虛心學習,對此,提出本人的意見和建議,力求對塔城市小學以及類似的多民族聚居地區(qū)小學音樂教育發(fā)展提供能夠付諸于實踐的幫助。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-national "pluralistic" country.Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, due to various social and historical reasons, the development of science, education, literature and health in ethnic minority areas was relatively backward, and some regions even retained the remnants of some primitive social systems.Minority education is lagging behind.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, after many years of educational reform and policy support, in recent years, various undertakings in minority areas have been developed rapidly, and the educational problems have also been greatly improved.Taking the first primary school and the fifth primary school in Tacheng, Xinjiang as examples, this paper applies the methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire, interview, analysis and comparative study to the Han nationality and the Mongolian nationality.The present situation of music education in primary schools where Uygur, Kazakh, Tajik, Russian, Hui and other ethnic groups gather together is investigated and analyzed, and the inheritance and development of school music education and national music culture are discussed.Think and put forward your point of view.This paper first clarifies the reason and significance of the topic, research status and ideas; secondly, two primary schools in Tacheng as an example to conduct a survey and analysis.This paper combs the school management structure, primary school education and school music education in Tacheng under the multi-national background, summarizes, through the field investigation to the two representative school music education, unifies the local nationality diverse culture big background,Finally, according to the information obtained and the actual situation, the music education in Tacheng school under the pluralistic background is put forward to the music education of Tacheng school under the diverse background.According to the local conditions, teachers are required to combine the diversity of the local folk music and dance culture, and construct Xinjiang music education under the multicultural background by using the rich music elements.Based on the aesthetic education put forward by the national curriculum standard, this paper takes the monolingual teaching and music multicultural education in the primary education of Tacheng, Xinjiang, as the starting point, in combination with the situation of China.It is not only necessary to conscientiously fulfill the requirements of the curriculum standard, but also to take root at home, to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the nation, but also to ask teachers to broaden their horizons and learn with an open mind. In view of this, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions.It aims to provide practical help for the development of music education in primary schools of Tacheng Primary School and similar multi-ethnic areas.
