尼泊爾巴勒比斯地區(qū)漢語教學(xué)情況調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:從2005年開始,國家漢辦派遣漢語志愿者老師到尼泊爾任教,至今已經(jīng)有了10年的歷史,隨著中尼貿(mào)易、旅游往來逐漸頻繁,尼泊爾人開始意識到學(xué)習(xí)漢語的重要性,學(xué)習(xí)漢語的人數(shù)逐年增多,開設(shè)漢語課的學(xué)校也逐年增多,漢語教學(xué)的發(fā)展越來越快。但是由于目前學(xué)界對尼泊爾漢語教學(xué)的研究較少,我們對尼泊爾的漢語教學(xué)狀況還沒有一個清晰的了解。2014年,筆者有幸成為赴尼泊爾志愿者教師,被派遣到尼泊爾的巴勒比斯地區(qū)任教。巴勒比斯地區(qū)開設(shè)漢語課程已經(jīng)有6年的歷史,但是對于該地區(qū)漢語教學(xué)情況的研究尚屬空白,所以筆者試圖在10個月的任教期內(nèi),對巴勒比斯地區(qū)的漢語教學(xué)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并通過對這一地區(qū)漢語教學(xué)情況的了解,窺一斑而知全豹,對尼泊爾整個漢語教學(xué)的情況有一個總體的認(rèn)知和分析。 筆者通過對巴勒比斯地區(qū)的4位漢語教師志愿者老師①進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、訪談、課堂觀察和專家咨詢,完成了對該地區(qū)3所開設(shè)漢語課學(xué)校的漢語教學(xué)情況的調(diào)查研究工作,完成了對3所學(xué)校四年級以上學(xué)習(xí)漢語的308位學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,展開下一步的分析和研究。本文首先對該地區(qū)的漢語教學(xué)基本情況、教師情況、教材情況、教法情況進(jìn)行了描述統(tǒng)計與分析。從教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度、學(xué)校態(tài)度、學(xué)生課堂表現(xiàn)、學(xué)習(xí)情況、志愿者管理、生活等方面分析了教師方面存在的問題;對教材進(jìn)行了利弊分析;從教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)步驟和環(huán)節(jié)、教學(xué)原則等方面分析了教法方面存在的問題。然后對這些問題進(jìn)行了原因分析,分析出教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度不端正、活動利益大于教學(xué)給學(xué)校帶來利益、志愿者之家導(dǎo)向問題和學(xué)生對漢語學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不端正導(dǎo)致了教師方面的問題;漢辦支持力度不夠、尼泊爾志愿者之家無能力編寫教材、尼泊爾自身解決能力有限和通用教材不能夠顧及尼泊爾的文化導(dǎo)致了教材方面出現(xiàn)的問題;教師為非專業(yè),尼泊爾慣性的教學(xué)方式,老師對教學(xué)缺乏主動性,赴任培訓(xùn)不足,學(xué)生沒有教材、年齡小理解能力差等方面導(dǎo)致了教法方面出現(xiàn)的問題;志愿者申請容易,用之廉價導(dǎo)致了其他方面問題的出現(xiàn)。提出了針對尼泊爾巴勒比斯地區(qū)漢語教學(xué)存在問題的改進(jìn)意見。教學(xué)方面提出了制訂教學(xué)監(jiān)督考核體系、定期進(jìn)行崗中培訓(xùn)和經(jīng)驗交流,并做教學(xué)情況匯報、把活動和教學(xué)放在同等位置方面的改進(jìn)意見;教材方面提出了加大資金補(bǔ)助力度、編寫本土教材、發(fā)起圖書基金項目等的改進(jìn)意見;教法方面提出了更新教學(xué)觀念,端正教學(xué)態(tài)度、赴任培訓(xùn)減少講座時間,增模擬講課時間、增加聽課環(huán)節(jié)的意見;在其他方面的問題提出志愿者之家對申請學(xué)校嚴(yán)格審核,進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,制定教師和學(xué);ピu機(jī)制的意見。 通過這些方面的研究,筆者希望讓人們對巴勒比斯地區(qū)的的漢語教學(xué)狀況有一個清晰的了解,同樣也希望能夠?qū)δ岵礌柕臐h語教育的發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:In 2014 , the author has the privilege of becoming a volunteer teacher in Nepal to study the Chinese teaching situation in the region .

Based on the questionnaire , interview , classroom observation and expert consultation , the author has completed the investigation and research on the Chinese teaching situation of three schools in the region , completed the investigation of 308 students who had been studying Chinese in three schools and completed the analysis and analysis of the next step . The paper first analyzed the problems in teachers ' teaching attitude , school attitude , students ' classroom performance , learning situation , volunteer management and life .
The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching materials .
This paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching methods from the aspects of teaching concept , teaching methods , teaching steps and links , teaching principles and so on . Then , the reasons of these problems are analyzed , the teaching attitude of teachers is not correct , the activities benefit is greater than that of the teaching to the school , the guiding problem of volunteers and the students ' attitude towards Chinese learning are leading to teachers ' problems ;
The lack of support for Hando , the inability of the Nepalese volunteers to write textbooks , the limited capacity of Nepal itself to address the limited capacity of Nepal and the failure of universal material to take account of Nepal ' s culture led to problems in teaching materials ;
Teachers ' teaching methods of non - discipline , Nepal ' s inertia , teacher ' s lack of initiative in teaching , lack of training , lack of teaching material , poor understanding of age , etc . have led to the problems of teaching law ;
This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the teaching of Chinese teaching in Baalbi area , Nepal , and puts forward some suggestions for improving teaching supervision and assessment system , regular training and exchange of experiences , reporting on teaching situation , putting activities and teaching in the same position ;
We have put forward some suggestions on how to increase the subsidy of funds , write local textbooks and launch books fund projects , etc .
The teaching method has put forward the idea of renewing teaching , the positive teaching attitude , the time of the training to reduce the lecture , the time of the simulation lecture , and the opinions of the course of the course ;
In other aspects , the volunteer ' s home has been asked to strictly examine the application school , conduct field visits , and formulate the views of the teacher and the school mutual evaluation mechanism .

Through the research of these aspects , the author hopes to have a clear understanding of the situation of Chinese teaching in Belebic region , and also hope to be able to learn from the development of Chinese education in Nepal .
