低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)探究

【摘要】:自2011年以來(lái),重慶聚奎中學(xué)、山東昌樂一中、深圳南山實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校、廣州市天河區(qū)“天云項(xiàng)目”等都進(jìn)行了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)的實(shí)踐。2014年,新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)部分中學(xué)也大膽地進(jìn)行了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐。這些學(xué)校的實(shí)踐證明了翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)是一種有效的教學(xué)方式。然而,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂在國(guó)內(nèi)并未得到廣泛實(shí)施,究其原因主要是翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)實(shí)施成本較高。為了促進(jìn)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)的推廣,本文對(duì)低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)進(jìn)行探究。論文正文分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐要求。低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)具有一定的理論依據(jù),即加涅學(xué)習(xí)條件理論、教育成本理論和新課改理念。同時(shí)它也是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、實(shí)現(xiàn)教育公平、增強(qiáng)教育成本意識(shí)等現(xiàn)實(shí)的需求。第二部分,國(guó)內(nèi)外翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐典型案例的分析與思考。本文通過對(duì)美國(guó)林地公園高中翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂、重慶聚奎中學(xué)基于“校園云”平臺(tái)的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂等典型案例的分析,總結(jié)出這些翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐存在教學(xué)平臺(tái)、教學(xué)資源以及教師素養(yǎng)三方面的問題。第三部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的整體設(shè)計(jì)。教師持有相應(yīng)的教學(xué)理念是進(jìn)行教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。在進(jìn)行其教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),思想政治課教師應(yīng)堅(jiān)持以人為本的學(xué)生觀、正視思想政治課學(xué)科教學(xué)特殊性、增強(qiáng)教育成本意識(shí)。第四部分,低成本條件下高中思想政治課翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)的實(shí)施要素。本文分別從人力、資本、技術(shù)和學(xué)習(xí)資源四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育培訓(xùn)來(lái)提高思想政治課教師的素養(yǎng);通過適度依托希望工程項(xiàng)目和建立農(nóng)村教育基金會(huì)兩種方式縮減資金成本;通過建立校園網(wǎng)絡(luò),搭建學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)為低成本條件下翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂創(chuàng)建必備的技術(shù)條件;通過充分利用大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)共享資源庫(kù),合理利用免費(fèi)的教學(xué)資源等方式給學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)提供保障。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, Chongqing Jukui Middle School, Changle No. 1 Middle School in Shandong Province, Nanshan Experimental School in Shenzhen and Tianyun Project in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City have all carried out the practice of overturning classroom teaching. Xinjiang production and Construction Corps of some middle schools have boldly carried out flipping classroom teaching practice. The practice of these schools has proved that flipping classroom teaching is an effective teaching method. However, flipping classroom has not been widely implemented in China, which is mainly due to the high cost of flipping classroom teaching. In order to promote the promotion of flipping classroom teaching, this paper probes into the flipping classroom teaching of high school ideology and politics under the condition of low cost. The text is divided into four parts: the first part, the theoretical basis and practical requirements of the high school ideological and political class flipping class under the low-cost condition. Under the condition of low cost, the flipping classroom teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school has certain theoretical basis, that is, the theory of learning condition, the theory of educational cost and the idea of new curriculum reform. At the same time, it is also the realistic demand of unbalanced economic development, realizing education fairness and strengthening education cost consciousness. The second part, the domestic and foreign flipped classroom teaching practice typical case analysis and the ponder. Based on the analysis of typical cases, such as flipping classroom in American woodland park high school and Chongqing Jukui Middle School based on the "campus cloud" platform, this paper concludes that there is a teaching platform for these flipping classroom teaching practices. The problems of teaching resources and teachers' accomplishment. The third part, under the condition of low-cost, the whole design of flipping classroom teaching link of high school ideological and political lesson. The teacher holds the corresponding teaching idea is the foundation which carries on the teaching link design. When designing the teaching links, the ideological and political teachers should adhere to the people-oriented view of students, face up to the particularity of the subject teaching of ideological and political course, and strengthen the consciousness of educational cost. The fourth part, under the low-cost condition, the high school ideological and political lesson flips the classroom teaching implementation essential factor. This article separately from the manpower, the capital, the technology and the study resources four aspects carries on the elaboration. Using modern distance education and training to improve the quality of ideological and political teachers; reducing the cost of funds by moderately relying on Project Hope projects and setting up a rural education foundation; and by establishing a campus network, Build a learning platform to create the necessary technical conditions for the flipping classroom under the low cost conditions; by making full use of big data industry sharing resources library, reasonable use of free teaching resources to provide a guarantee for students to learn.
