【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展,國際科技競爭與經(jīng)濟競爭日益激烈,而人才競爭最為突出。應(yīng)借鑒歐美國家的繼續(xù)教育模式,加強人才培養(yǎng)與優(yōu)秀人才引進,高度重視人才教育培養(yǎng),從而構(gòu)建適合我國教育行業(yè)發(fā)展的教學模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the international scientific and technological competition and economic competition are becoming increasingly fierce, while the talent competition is the most outstanding. We should learn from the continuing education model of the European and American countries, strengthen the talent training and the introduction of excellent talents, and attach great importance to the training of talents education. In order to build a suitable teaching model for the development of education industry in China.
