【摘要】：中國(guó)燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)正處于高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,本文針對(duì)燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)從業(yè)人員的技能需求變化,探討了燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)職業(yè)化對(duì)相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的積極影響;通過(guò)分析英國(guó)國(guó)家燃?xì)饴殬I(yè)教育認(rèn)證系統(tǒng),多角度闡述英國(guó)國(guó)家燃?xì)饴殬I(yè)教育認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷史和背景、級(jí)別劃分與每個(gè)層級(jí)中的知識(shí)、技能要求,探討英國(guó)燃?xì)夤こ處熉殬I(yè)教育對(duì)我國(guó)完善燃?xì)夤こ處熃逃�體系的借鑒作用;并調(diào)研、分析英國(guó)燃?xì)夤こ處熉殬I(yè)教育系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)燃?xì)馄髽I(yè)引進(jìn)和應(yīng)用的實(shí)踐情況。
[Abstract]:The gas industry in China is in a period of rapid development. This paper discusses the positive influence of the professionalization of the gas industry on the relevant employees in view of the change of the skill demand of the employees in the gas industry. Through the analysis of the National Gas Vocational Education Certification system, this paper expounds the history and background of the National Gas Vocational Education Certification system, the classification of the level and the knowledge and skill requirements of each level. This paper discusses the role of British gas engineer vocational education in perfecting the gas engineer education system in China. The introduction and application of the British Gas engineer Vocational Education system in domestic gas enterprises are analyzed.
