【摘要】：在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代,教育教學(xué)方式方法正面臨著大的變革,教師的工作任務(wù)正從承擔課堂面授教學(xué)逐步轉(zhuǎn)向在線課程設(shè)計、開發(fā)制作和課堂教學(xué)輔導(dǎo)等。作為成人高校的運用新技術(shù)進行在線教學(xué)的開放大學(xué)教師,應(yīng)該更加重視新技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)和運用,利用學(xué)校和團隊的力量,在給定的任務(wù)驅(qū)動下,通過MOOC開展學(xué)習(xí),從而更好地完善自身的知識結(jié)構(gòu),提高教學(xué)設(shè)計和開發(fā)制作在線課程的技能,更深入地開展教學(xué)研究,提升服務(wù)大眾的教學(xué)水平。這是我們提出的基于任務(wù)驅(qū)動和MOOC學(xué)習(xí)的開放大學(xué)教師研修模式。
[Abstract]:In the era of "Internet", teaching methods and methods are facing great changes, and teachers' work tasks are gradually changing from classroom face-to-face teaching to online course design. As an open university teacher who uses the new technology to carry on the on-line teaching, should pay more attention to the study and the application of the new technology, use the strength of the school and the team. Driven by a given task, learning through MOOC, so as to better improve their knowledge structure, improve teaching design and development of online courses skills, more in-depth teaching research. This is a task-driven and MOOC based open university teacher training model.
