大道無言:師生溝通的最高境界

【摘要】:正引導(dǎo)教師"行不言之教",培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽見教師"沒有說出的話",可以幫助學(xué)生獲得更深刻的道德理解和道德智慧,這正是提高德育實(shí)效的一種有效探索。大道無言,真正的"道"是難以用言語表達(dá)的,即老子所說的"道可道,非常道",但也并不是說"語言不能表達(dá)思想、道理、情感,而是說語言不能完全地、徹底地表達(dá)。"~([1])而老子的"處無為之事,行不言之教"的道德境界則以"道法自然"為理論實(shí)質(zhì),就道德教育而言,"行不言之教"就是不向?qū)W生強(qiáng)制灌輸?shù)赖?而是以無言的行動感化學(xué)生。
