【摘要】：基于中國部門間勞動力流動以及結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的事實,建立了一個包含生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)、消費性服務(wù)部門的多部門NK-DSGE模型,模擬外生沖擊下中國部門間勞動力流動、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型與服務(wù)深化的特征,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)部門技術(shù)沖擊具有"外溢性";(2)部門技術(shù)沖擊引起"服務(wù)深化";(3)部門技術(shù)沖擊以及整體沖擊引起部門間勞動力流動,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步考察結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型對中國貨幣政策效應(yīng)的影響。研究表明,結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型擴(kuò)大了貨幣政策的實際效應(yīng),并降低其名義效應(yīng)。這一發(fā)現(xiàn)意味著在評估中國貨幣政策效應(yīng)時,忽略結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型因素將會產(chǎn)生偏誤。同時,在結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下,基于社會福利的角度,貨幣政策應(yīng)該考慮勞動力成本因素,盡管其部分損害了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。
[Abstract]:Based on the facts of interdepartmental labor mobility and structural transformation in China, a multi-sector NK-DSGE model including productive services and consumer service sectors is established to simulate the labor mobility in China under exogenous shocks. The characteristics of structural transformation and service deepening are as follows: (1) the "spillover" of sectoral technology impact; (2) sectoral technology shock causes "service deepening"; (3) sectoral technology shock and overall impact cause interdepartmental labor force flow, and then produce structural transformation. On this basis, the effect of structural transformation on China's monetary policy is further investigated. The research shows that the structural transformation expands the actual effect of monetary policy and reduces its nominal effect. This finding means that in assessing the effects of China's monetary policy, there will be errors in ignoring structural transformation factors. At the same time, in the context of structural transformation, monetary policy should take into account labor cost factors, even though it partially damages economic growth.
