泰安市煙草公司網(wǎng)上煙草訂貨系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為煙草公司獲取煙草零售客戶需求并及時(shí)予以訂貨提供了極大的便利條件,網(wǎng)上訂貨現(xiàn)如今已成為煙草行業(yè)一種新型的訂貨方式,它是傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)向現(xiàn)代信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化流通模式的一次大轉(zhuǎn)變,它顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的煙草營(yíng)銷模式。它把市場(chǎng)、客戶實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)系起來(lái),以市場(chǎng)來(lái)尋找客戶,以客戶來(lái)促進(jìn)煙草銷售。這種煙草電子商務(wù)營(yíng)銷平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建為實(shí)現(xiàn)客我雙贏,及時(shí)推進(jìn)“總成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略”,以較低的成本提供更多的增值服務(wù)成為可能。本課題緊緊圍繞泰安市煙草公司網(wǎng)上煙草訂貨系統(tǒng),研究其設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,展示其實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)果。具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括如下幾個(gè)方面:(1)各用戶之間如何實(shí)現(xiàn)煙草零售消息流的交互:實(shí)現(xiàn)零售商、營(yíng)銷商以及配送商如何通過(guò)網(wǎng)上配貨系統(tǒng)來(lái)進(jìn)行消息互通;(2)配貨:研究系統(tǒng)是基于何種理論來(lái)及時(shí)煙草配貨的下限數(shù)據(jù)和當(dāng)前庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)等;(3)訂貨管理:系統(tǒng)的初始化、用戶的定制以及訪問(wèn)控制管理等;(4)數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn):訪問(wèn)零售商下限數(shù)據(jù)或當(dāng)前庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)。本課題實(shí)現(xiàn)了如下幾個(gè)功能模塊:網(wǎng)上訂貨、網(wǎng)上配貨、網(wǎng)上支付、網(wǎng)上商城、信息交流、進(jìn)銷存管理、經(jīng)營(yíng)參考和系統(tǒng)管理。其中網(wǎng)上訂貨功能又包括網(wǎng)上訂單提交、網(wǎng)上訂單查詢和貨源信息查詢3項(xiàng)子功能;網(wǎng)上配貨包括配貨單查詢和配貨單確認(rèn)2項(xiàng)子功能;網(wǎng)上支付包括網(wǎng)上支付和結(jié)算查詢2項(xiàng)子功能;網(wǎng)上商城包括網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物、購(gòu)物訂單查詢、網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物到貨確認(rèn)、兌換單查詢、購(gòu)物積分查詢、購(gòu)物積分兌換和網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物積分7項(xiàng)子功能;信息交流包括庫(kù)存信息采集、客戶咨詢、客戶舉報(bào)、客戶投訴、兌換單查詢、客戶留言和客戶經(jīng)理留言7項(xiàng)子功能;進(jìn)銷存管理包括庫(kù)存盤點(diǎn)、庫(kù)存初始化、庫(kù)存查詢、進(jìn)貨單查詢、銷售單錄入、銷售單修改和銷售單查詢7項(xiàng)子功能;經(jīng)營(yíng)參考包括銷售排名分析、卷煙購(gòu)進(jìn)分析、卷煙結(jié)構(gòu)分析、客戶指導(dǎo)、卷煙經(jīng)營(yíng)分析、盈利分析和訂單查詢7項(xiàng)子功能。泰安市煙草公司網(wǎng)上煙草訂貨系統(tǒng)是為建立新型煙草批零關(guān)系、提升服務(wù)水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)敏捷運(yùn)作而建立的全新信息平臺(tái)。通過(guò)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)上訂貨平臺(tái),為零售客戶提供全天候的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。改進(jìn)煙草公司的服務(wù),為零售商提供網(wǎng)上在線咨詢和答復(fù),加強(qiáng)與零售商的交流,提升客戶滿意率。
[Abstract]:The development of Internet technology provides a great convenience for tobacco companies to obtain the demand of tobacco retail customers and order in time. Nowadays, online ordering has become a new type of ordering method in tobacco industry. It is a great change from traditional business to modern information and network circulation mode, which subverts the traditional tobacco marketing mode. It links markets, customers in real time, markets to find customers, customers to promote tobacco sales. The construction of this tobacco e-commerce marketing platform is possible to achieve win-win situation, promote "total cost leading strategy" in time, and provide more value-added services at lower cost. This paper focuses on the online tobacco ordering system of Taian Tobacco Company, studies its design content and shows its implementation results. The specific research contents include the following aspects: (1) how to realize the interaction of the tobacco retail message flow among the users: how to realize the information exchange between the retailers, marketers and distributors through the online distribution system; (2) Distribution: the research system is based on the theory of timely lower limit data and current inventory data, etc. (3) order management: system initialization, user customization and access control management, etc. (4) data access: access to the retailer's lower limit data or current inventory data. This subject has realized the following several function modules: online ordering, online distribution, online payment, online shopping mall, information exchange, purchase, sale and storage management, business reference and system management. The online ordering function also includes three sub-functions: online order submission, online order inquiry and source information query, and online distribution includes two sub-functions: inventory list query and distribution list confirmation. Online payment includes two sub-functions: online payment and settlement inquiry; Online shopping mall includes online shopping, shopping order inquiries, online shopping arrival confirmation, exchange order inquiries, shopping points exchange and online shopping points 7 sub-functions; Information exchange includes inventory information collection, customer consultation, customer reporting, customer complaints, exchange order inquiry, customer message and customer manager message 7 sub-functions; Inventory management includes inventory count, inventory initialization, inventory query, incoming order query, sales order input, sales order modification and sales order query 7 sub-functions; Business reference includes sales ranking analysis, cigarette purchase analysis, cigarette structure analysis, customer guidance, cigarette management analysis, profit analysis and order inquiry. Taian Tobacco online ordering system is a new information platform for establishing new tobacco batch zero relationship, improving service level and realizing agile operation. Through the construction of online ordering platform, retail customers to provide round-the-clock service experience. Improve tobacco services, provide online advice and responses to retailers, enhance communication with retailers and improve customer satisfaction.
