【摘要】:企業(yè)如何面對現(xiàn)實(shí),抓住機(jī)遇,在越來越激烈的競爭環(huán)境中占據(jù)主動(dòng)地位,富有獻(xiàn)身精神的員工成為其重要的競爭武器。從某種意義上說,當(dāng)今企業(yè)的競爭就是人才競爭。對于汽車4S店這類服務(wù)型企業(yè)來說,“人”不但是最核心的競爭元素,更可以說是唯一的競爭元素?陀^、公正、準(zhǔn)確地對員工實(shí)施績效考核管理,并將績效考核管理與公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)管控、人力資源開發(fā)以及薪酬管理等管理工作相結(jié)合,對汽車4S店在培養(yǎng)人才、使用人才和留住人才等方面具有十分重要的意義。軒宇集團(tuán)是保定市最大的汽車經(jīng)銷商,在汽車營銷市場競爭日益激烈的環(huán)境下,只有實(shí)現(xiàn)對人的有效管理,取得優(yōu)于競爭對手的人力資源,才能在競爭中取勝并保持優(yōu)勢?冃Ч芾硎侨肆Y源管理的核心。本文通過分析軒宇集團(tuán)及SKD汽車4S店發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,提出了基于KPI方法和360度考評法的績效管理改進(jìn)方式,并通過深入訪談及分析的方法,提出了軒宇集團(tuán)SKD汽車4S店績效管理的實(shí)施保障。通過該績效管理系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn),突出了組織目標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)性作用,加強(qiáng)了組織績效和員工績效的關(guān)聯(lián)度,提升了績效管理的可操作性和靈活性,也為在軒宇集團(tuán)逐步建立一套全方位的人力資源管理體系打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

In a sense. Nowadays, the competition of enterprises is talent competition. For service enterprises such as automobile 4Shop, "human" is not only the core competition element, but also the only competitive element. Objective and fair. Accurately implement the performance appraisal management to the employees, and combine the performance appraisal management with the management of the company's strategic objectives, human resources development and salary management, etc., to train the talented person in the automobile 4S shop. It is very important to use and retain talents. Xuan Yu Group is the largest automobile dealer in Baoding City. In the environment of increasingly fierce competition in automobile marketing market, only to realize the effective management of people. Obtain superior human resources to competitors. Performance management is the core of human resource management. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of Xuan Yu Group and SKD Automobile 4S store. Put forward the performance management improvement method based on KPI method and 360-degree evaluation method, and through in-depth interviews and analysis of the method. Through the improvement of the performance management system, the guiding role of organizational objectives is highlighted, and the correlation between organizational performance and employee performance is strengthened. It improves the maneuverability and flexibility of performance management, and lays a solid foundation for the gradual establishment of a comprehensive human resource management system in Xuan Yu Group.
