【摘要】：物流在我國(guó)起步較晚,雖然最近幾年物流行業(yè)得到政府及各行各業(yè)的重視,發(fā)展比較迅速,但是大多數(shù)物流企業(yè)還是處在一個(gè)發(fā)展初期階段,存在各種各樣的問(wèn)題。與國(guó)外相比,無(wú)論是從資金規(guī)模、人員管理還是信息系統(tǒng)維護(hù),我們都存在著很大的差距。要想縮短這種差距,就得從物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化做起。物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可以促使物流行業(yè)朝著健康有序的方向發(fā)展,是現(xiàn)代化物流發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。尤其對(duì)于汽車(chē)零部件這種復(fù)雜的物流系統(tǒng)而言,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是一種有效降低物流成本、提高物流效率的手段。本文首先從汽車(chē)零部件物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀談起,對(duì)汽車(chē)零部件供應(yīng)物流系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要性。其次對(duì)物流系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,基于物流系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)總結(jié)出汽車(chē)零部件供應(yīng)物流的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,并研究推動(dòng)物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化普及實(shí)施的方法,提出物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化效率的概念。對(duì)于汽車(chē)零部件供應(yīng)物流的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化效率研究,引入了基于DEA的Malmquist指數(shù)方法。在對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化效率進(jìn)行研究時(shí),第一步確定效率評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)汽車(chē)零部件供應(yīng)物流的特點(diǎn)確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)(投入指標(biāo)和產(chǎn)出指標(biāo))；為了驗(yàn)證模型的可行,第二步進(jìn)行案例分析,根據(jù)公司實(shí)際情況選擇決策單元和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集和處理,然后對(duì)效率模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。本文的最后是對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,研究汽車(chē)零部件供應(yīng)物流系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化帶來(lái)的效果。主要目的是幫助企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在降本增效上面所起到的重要作用,引起汽車(chē)物流行業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重視,從而推動(dòng)整個(gè)行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)總體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。本論文在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(71271035)資助下完成。
[Abstract]:Logistics started late in China. Although the logistics industry has been attached importance to by the government and various industries in recent years, most logistics enterprises are still in an initial stage of development, there are a variety of problems. Compared with foreign countries, there is a big gap in capital scale, personnel management and information system maintenance. Want to shorten this kind of gap, must start from logistics standardization. Logistics standard can promote the development of logistics industry in a healthy and orderly direction, and it is the foundation of modern logistics development. Especially for the complex logistics system of automobile parts, standardization is an effective means to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency. This paper begins with the current situation of automobile parts logistics, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in automobile parts supply logistics system, and points out the importance of standardization. Secondly, the structure of logistics system is studied. Based on the system structure of logistics system, the standard system of automobile parts supply logistics is summarized, and the method to promote the popularization and implementation of logistics standardization is studied, and the concept of efficiency of logistics standardization is put forward. To study the standardization efficiency of automobile parts supply logistics, the Malmquist index method based on DEA is introduced. In the study of standardization efficiency, the first step is to determine the efficiency evaluation model, according to the characteristics of automobile parts supply logistics to determine the evaluation index (input index and output index); in order to verify the feasibility of the model, the second step of the case study, According to the actual situation of the company, the decision making unit and evaluation index are selected, and the data are collected and processed, then the efficiency model is verified and the evaluation results are obtained. At the end of this paper, the evaluation results are analyzed, and the effect of standardization of automobile parts supply logistics system is studied. The main purpose of this paper is to help enterprises realize the important role of standardization in reducing cost and increasing efficiency, and to arouse the importance of standardization in automobile logistics industry, thus promoting the overall standardization of the whole industry.
