起重機結(jié)構(gòu)件制造及整機總裝物流系統(tǒng)分析與建模
[Abstract]:Different from the traditional continuous assembly line production, the production mode of crane is discrete manufacturing, and the crane manufacturing logistics system is a complex system, which has the characteristics of randomness, dynamic and asynchronous, etc. The production efficiency of crane is affected by many complex factors, so the research of crane manufacturing logistics system has certain academic and engineering practical value. In this paper, the complexity of manufacturing logistics system of heavy machinery is studied from two aspects: qualitative and quantitative, and the modeling method based on discrete event dynamic system. The static structure and dynamic characteristics of the crane manufacturing logistics system are studied, and the production organization problems in the crane manufacturing process are studied based on the simulation technology and the production example. Specifically, the following aspects of the research: (1) from the point of view of the system, the composition of the crane manufacturing base and three manufacturing processes are analyzed in detail, from the crane manufacturing base scale, plane layout, equipment, technology, The complexity of crane manufacturing logistics system is qualitatively analyzed from production scheduling and environment. On this basis, the information entropy model of the static complexity of the system is established to quantitatively describe the influence of the equipment, process, layout and other factors on the complexity of the system. The static complexity of an example is calculated. (2) based on the theory of discrete event dynamic system, the TPCPN (colored Petri net) model of crane manufacturing logistics system is studied. On the basis of considering the manufacturing part and the distribution part, the common Petri net model of the single station subsystem of the crane manufacturing process is established, the time factor and the color factor are introduced into the common Petri net model, and the idea of hierarchical modeling is used. The TPCPN model of crane manufacturing logistics system is established, and the trigger rules and dynamic characteristics of TPCPN model are extended and analyzed. (3) based on the simulation technology, the crane manufacturing logistics system is simulated. With Witness as the simulation platform, the simulation model of crane manufacturing logistics system is established, and the evaluation system of four indexes of crane manufacturing logistics system simulation model is established. The simulation test and data analysis are carried out, and the production organization problem in the manufacturing base which affects the production efficiency of crane is studied. The research results of this paper are directly oriented to engineering practice, which is conducive to the excavation of system bottlenecks, and provides theoretical basis and decision support for the planning and design of crane manufacturing base and production and operation management.
