【摘要】：板翅式換熱器入口物流分配不均是造成換熱效能降低的主要因素之一,對天然氣液化裝置穩(wěn)定和高效的運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生不利的影響。針對氮?dú)馀蛎浐突旌现评鋭﹥煞N天然氣液化工藝,分別研究原料氣、氮?dú)庵评鋭┖突旌现评鋭┪锪鞣峙洳痪鶎Q熱器參數(shù)和液化工藝性能的影響,得到換熱器入口物流分配不均勻度STD(standard deviation,均方差)的臨界值,為換熱器的選型和天然氣液化工藝的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:相同STD值下,天然氣液化性能受不同物流分配不均影響程度大小依次為氮?dú)庵评鋭⒒旌现评鋭┖驮蠚?傾斜嚴(yán)重影響混合制冷劑的分配及換熱效果,傾斜角度由0°增加至20°時(shí),液相STD值由1.3增至3.9,天然氣液化率從92.8%降至69.4%;為滿足天然氣液化率在90%以上,原料氣、氮?dú)庵评鋭┘盎旌现评鋭┪锪鞣峙涞呐R界STD值分別為8.3、2.8、4.5(液相),混合制冷劑傾斜工況臨界STD值為1.5(液相),對應(yīng)傾斜角度為1.6°。
[Abstract]:The uneven distribution of inlet material flow in plate-fin heat exchangers is one of the main factors leading to the decrease of heat transfer efficiency, which has adverse effects on the stable and efficient operation of natural gas liquefaction units. The effects of raw gas, nitrogen refrigerant and mixed refrigerant on the parameters of heat exchanger and the performance of liquefaction process were studied respectively in view of the nitrogen expansion and mixed refrigerant liquefaction processes, and the effects of raw gas, nitrogen refrigerant and mixed refrigerant on the parameters of heat exchanger and liquefaction process were studied. The critical value of inhomogeneity in inlet distribution of heat exchanger (STD (standard deviation, RMS) is obtained, which provides the basis for the selection of heat exchanger and the design of natural gas liquefaction process. The results show that under the same STD value, the degree of natural gas liquefaction affected by the uneven distribution of different logistics is nitrogen refrigerant, mixed refrigerant and feedstock gas, and the inclination seriously affects the distribution and heat transfer effect of mixed refrigerant. When the inclination angle is increased from 0 擄to 20 擄, the STD value of liquid phase increases from 1.3 to 3.9, and the liquefaction rate of natural gas decreases from 92.8% to 69.4%. The critical STD value of nitrogen refrigerant and mixed refrigerant is 8.3N 2.84.5 (liquid phase), and the critical STD value of mixed refrigerant is 1.5 (liquid phase). The angle of inclination is 1.6 擄.
