【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行提供的金融產(chǎn)品不斷推陳出新,金融電子化需求日新月異。電子銀行在商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型中發(fā)揮了重要作用,推動(dòng)了商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)渠道、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,電子銀行產(chǎn)品成為未來(lái)改變客戶競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)品,電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)成為商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要體現(xiàn)。因此,深入開展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)研究,準(zhǔn)確把握電子銀行發(fā)展方向,才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得先機(jī),掌握主動(dòng)。甘肅省農(nóng)村信用社(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“甘肅農(nóng)信社”)作為甘肅省內(nèi)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模最大的銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu),由于管理體制、經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制等歷史原因,電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展還處于起步階段,產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化程度高,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足,沒(méi)有形成品牌效應(yīng),電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)柜面替代率低。為充分發(fā)揮電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì),提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,發(fā)展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)是甘肅農(nóng)信社的必然選擇。本文以電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)為依據(jù),以甘肅農(nóng)信社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)甘肅農(nóng)信社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜合分析和深入研究,指出了電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)存在的主要問(wèn)題,分析了問(wèn)題形成的原因。其次,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了甘肅農(nóng)信社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)品、渠道、價(jià)格、營(yíng)銷和服務(wù)等“五大策略”。最后,借助充分的數(shù)據(jù)資料和作者多年的金融從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有針對(duì)性地提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)甘肅農(nóng)信社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略需要建立和完善的“六項(xiàng)保障”措施,為實(shí)現(xiàn)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)跨越發(fā)展,打造具有農(nóng)信社特色的電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展之路提供了有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the financial products provided by commercial banks are constantly innovating and the demand for financial electronization is changing with each passing day. Electronic banking has played an important role in the transformation of commercial bank management, and has promoted commercial bank service channels, business models and product innovation. Electronic banking products have become strategic products that will change the pattern of customer competition in the future. Electronic banking business has become an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of commercial banks. Therefore, in order to win the first chance and master the initiative in the market competition, we should carry out the research of electronic banking business deeply and grasp the development direction of electronic bank accurately. Gansu Rural Credit Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as Gansu Rural Credit Cooperative), as the largest banking financial institution in Gansu province, is still in its infancy because of historical reasons such as management system and management mechanism. Product homogenization is high, market competitiveness is insufficient, no brand effect is formed, electronic banking counter substitution rate is low. In order to give full play to the advantages of electronic banking business and enhance the core competitiveness, the development of electronic banking business is the inevitable choice of Gansu Rural Credit Society. Based on the basic theory of electronic banking and the research object of Gansu Rural Credit Cooperative Electronic Bank, this paper firstly makes a comprehensive analysis and in-depth study on the present situation of Gansu Rural Credit Cooperative Electronic Bank. This paper points out the main problems existing in the electronic banking business and analyzes the causes of the problems. Secondly, referring to the experience of electronic banking development at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the "five strategies" for the development of electronic banking business in Gansu Rural Credit Cooperative, such as products, channels, prices, marketing and services. Finally, with the help of sufficient data and the author's financial experience for many years, this paper puts forward the "six safeguard" measures to realize the development strategy of electronic bank of Gansu Rural Credit Society, which need to be established and perfected. It provides useful reference and reference for realizing the leapfrogging development of electronic banking business and creating the development road of electronic banking business with the characteristics of rural credit cooperatives.
