【摘要】：目前,汽車物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈主要由零部件物流、整車物流和售后服務(wù)備件物流三部分構(gòu)成,其中汽車售后服務(wù)備件物流是其非常重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。隨著我國汽車銷量和市場保有量的逐年增長,汽車售后備件服務(wù)物流具有越來越廣闊的發(fā)展空間和潛力。本文在分析我國汽車售后服務(wù)備件物流現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,找出其發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策。
[Abstract]:At present, the automobile logistics industry chain mainly consists of three parts: spare parts logistics, whole vehicle logistics and after-sales service spare parts logistics. Automobile after-sales service spare parts logistics is one of its very important links. The automobile spare parts service logistics has more and more broad development space and potential. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the automobile after-sales service spare parts logistics in China, this paper finds out the problems existing in its development process, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
