【摘要】：本文將供應鏈聯(lián)盟引入建筑節(jié)能服務,針對建筑節(jié)能服務供應鏈聯(lián)盟利益分配所面臨的問題,在分析建筑節(jié)能服務供應鏈聯(lián)盟利益分配影響因素——風險分攤、投資比重、工作績效、額外貢獻和盟員滿意度——的基礎上,采用修正Shapely值法的利益分配模型,使各方利益都實現(xiàn)最大化和分配方案也更加接近實際,并通過案例進一步驗證,為建筑節(jié)能服務供應鏈聯(lián)盟的利益分配提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, supply chain alliance is introduced into building energy saving service. Aiming at the problem of benefit distribution in building energy saving service supply chain alliance, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the benefit distribution of building energy saving service supply chain alliance-risk allocation and investment proportion. On the basis of job performance, extra contribution and alliance satisfaction, the benefit distribution model of modified Shapely value method is adopted to maximize the benefits of all parties and to make the distribution scheme more realistic, which is further verified by a case study. It provides a certain reference for the benefit distribution of building energy saving service supply chain alliance.
