摘 要
21 世紀是世界知識經(jīng)濟大爆炸的時代，在進入新世紀的十幾年時間里，世界各國
高新科技和經(jīng)濟管理水平都有了很大的發(fā)展。從上個世紀九十年代開始，我國對高新
技術的投入不斷加大，同時高新技術產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了快速的發(fā)展，使得高新技術在國民
經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的重要性日益凸顯。因此，從企業(yè)成本管理角度來看不斷加強高新技術企
業(yè)的管理對提高他們的生存和競爭能力至關重要。
高新技術企業(yè)為了適應當前日益復雜化的競爭環(huán)境，必須要提高自己的競爭優(yōu)勢。
并且為了能夠有一個長期的競爭優(yōu)勢，高新技術企業(yè)的成本管理需要去滿足企業(yè)長期
的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求。同時高新技術企業(yè)的成本控制也必須要從企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的角度來加
以考慮。因此，為了適應高新技術企業(yè)的發(fā)展要求，需要對傳統(tǒng)的成本管理的相關理
論和知識進行必要的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展，在學習和利用西方戰(zhàn)略成本管理的相關理論和方法
的時候不能只局限于表面，要能夠做到和高新技術企業(yè)的實際情況密切相結合，并根
據(jù)實際情況對其進行創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展并且能夠完美的實施在高新技術企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略成本管理
中去。
本文運用會計學、戰(zhàn)略管理學、財務管理等相關專業(yè)學科知識和研究方法，通過
采用理論研究與實證研究相結合，結合高新技術企業(yè)成本管理的現(xiàn)狀與特點，對戰(zhàn)略
成本管理在高新技術企業(yè)的應用問題進行了深入研究和探討，并以典型的高新技術企
業(yè)——杭州創(chuàng)新科技有限公司作為實證研究，深入探討戰(zhàn)略成本管理在該公司的實踐
與應用。通過本課題的研究，希望能夠從企業(yè)長期發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度去對高新技術企業(yè)
成本管理進行分析和研究，希望可以找到更適合高新技術企業(yè)的成本管理辦法，增強
這些高新技術企業(yè)在市場中的核心競爭力，減少他們在實際經(jīng)營過程中可能遇見的各
種經(jīng)營風險。
