【摘要】：基于美國的LEED和中國的GBES兩大綠色建筑認證體系在中國應用廣泛的背景,研究了我國實現(xiàn)GBES和LEED各評價項的技術增量成本現(xiàn)狀,及GBES和LEED各認證等級的增量成本,通過分析GBES和LEED(2.2版)兩大認證體系,明確GBES與LEED各認證等級的近似關系,為綠色認證項目增量成本的現(xiàn)狀分析提供理論依據(jù)。研究表明我國GBES的較多評價項需使用較高(高)增量成本技術實現(xiàn),綠色認證項目的增量成本偏高,且GBES認證項目的準入增量成本高于LEED(2.2版)認證項目。提出了降低增量成本的建議:大力發(fā)展實現(xiàn)綠色建筑評價項的低增量成本綠色技術體系、選擇低增量成本技術實現(xiàn)的評價項進行認證、進一步完善GBES的認證體系,研究成果可為新標準的實施提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the extensive application of LEED and GBES in China, this paper studies the status quo of technology increment cost of GBES and LEED evaluation items in China, and the incremental cost of GBES and LEED certification grades. Through the analysis of GBES and LEED (2.2 edition), the approximate relationship between GBES and LEED certification levels is clarified, which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of incremental cost of green certification projects. The research shows that more evaluation items of GBES in our country need to be realized with higher (high) incremental cost technology, and the incremental cost of green certification project is higher than that of LEED (2.2) certification project, and the incremental cost of GBES certification project is higher than that of LEED (2.2) certification project. The paper puts forward some suggestions to reduce incremental cost: develop green technology system to realize green building evaluation item, select low increment cost technology evaluation item to authenticate, further perfect GBES authentication system. The research results can be used for reference for the implementation of the new standard.
