【摘要】：供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)管理對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的越來(lái)越重要,傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)手工記錄的品質(zhì)追蹤方法和電子檔案記錄的品質(zhì)追蹤方法已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足企業(yè)對(duì)供應(yīng)商管理的要求。大部分企業(yè)已經(jīng)建立了工場(chǎng)控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)狀況進(jìn)行記錄和追蹤,原有的工場(chǎng)控制品質(zhì)追蹤系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在有缺陷,無(wú)法通過供應(yīng)商物料的生產(chǎn)周期或者生產(chǎn)批號(hào)精確和及時(shí)的區(qū)分出受影響的產(chǎn)品范圍,不能滿足供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)成本管理的需求。企業(yè)建立了All Parts Tracking信息處理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),用于對(duì)供應(yīng)商提供的物料品質(zhì)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量追蹤、質(zhì)量回溯機(jī)制,通過事后的反饋找出質(zhì)量缺陷問題所在,進(jìn)而改進(jìn)生產(chǎn),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。All Parts Tracking系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的建立,可以讓企業(yè)更有效地進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)管理,降低供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)不良處理成本。通過建立All Parts Tracking信息共享平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)成本的管理戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Supplier material quality management is becoming more and more important to the development of enterprise management. The traditional quality tracking method of manual record and the quality tracking method of electronic file record can not meet the requirements of supplier management. Most enterprises have set up a workshop control system to record and track the production status of the products. The original tracking system for the quality of the factory control has some defects in practical application. Unable to accurately and timely distinguish the affected product range by the supplier's production cycle or batch number, and can not meet the requirements of supplier's material quality cost management. The enterprise established All Parts Tracking information processing system platform, which is used to track the quality of the material supplied by the supplier, to trace the quality backtracking mechanism, to find out the problem of the quality defect through the feedback after the event, and then to improve the production. The establishment of product quality. All Parts Tracking system platform can make the enterprise carry on the supplier material quality management more effectively and reduce the cost of the supplier material quality bad treatment. Through the establishment of All Parts Tracking information sharing platform system, the management strategy of supplier material quality cost is realized.
