【摘要】：通過分析目標成本法的原理、程序和方法,闡述目標成本法與公立醫(yī)院基建項目建設的關聯(lián)性、實用性和可行性。通過實際應用,目標成本法能大幅降低醫(yī)院基建工程的建設成本,因此,在新醫(yī)改的大背景下,目標成本法可以在公立醫(yī)院基建工程成本控制中進行推廣應用。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the principle, procedure and method of the objective cost method, this paper expounds the relevance, practicability and feasibility of the objective cost method and the construction of public hospital infrastructure projects. Through practical application, objective cost method can greatly reduce the construction cost of hospital infrastructure project. Therefore, under the background of new medical reform, objective cost method can be popularized and applied in the cost control of public hospital capital construction project.
