基于BIM的精細(xì)化施工成本管理應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)建筑業(yè)處于高速高效的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),一直帶動(dòng)著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。由于我國(guó)已從計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭袌?chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,所以建筑施工企業(yè)面臨著激烈的國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。信息化發(fā)展已被廣泛視為提高施工效率、提升企業(yè)產(chǎn)能的戰(zhàn)略手段。BIM的引入不僅符合我國(guó)建筑信息化的發(fā)展理念,也是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑信息化急需的技術(shù)。在市場(chǎng)和政策的雙重推動(dòng)下,BIM已經(jīng)被普遍認(rèn)為是建筑行業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。對(duì)于施工企業(yè),高效的施工成本管理己經(jīng)成為核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一。而目前我國(guó)施工成本管理還處于一種粗放、經(jīng)驗(yàn)型管理模式上,存在許多問(wèn)題,如施工資源配置不精確,忽視施工成本精細(xì)化、動(dòng)態(tài)、集成管理等。因此,施工企業(yè)制定系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的施工信息化成本管理體系是提高效率、增加利潤(rùn)的重中之重。本文以施工成本為研究對(duì)象,以BIM為技術(shù)方法,制定了基于BIM的精細(xì)化施工成本管理應(yīng)用流程,包含了具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,并依托某傳媒大廈案例工程進(jìn)行應(yīng)用實(shí)施,得以驗(yàn)證。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)通過(guò)搜集國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),研究分析了施工成本管理及BIM的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)了BIM在施工成本管理領(lǐng)域的研究深度。(2)從概念和內(nèi)容兩個(gè)方面闡述了精細(xì)化施工成本管理理論,總結(jié)概括了我國(guó)施工成本管理現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,并與BIM的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用價(jià)值相對(duì)應(yīng),找到切入點(diǎn),明確BIM應(yīng)用于施工成本管理中的適用性。(3)針對(duì)施工成本管理存在的不足,從設(shè)計(jì)BIM模型工程量信息連續(xù)應(yīng)用、施工主要資源優(yōu)化管理、施工信息集成過(guò)程管理這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入研究,制定基于BIM的精細(xì)化施工成本管理應(yīng)用流程。(4)將基于BIM的精細(xì)化施工成本管理應(yīng)用流程應(yīng)用實(shí)施到某傳媒大廈案例工程中,進(jìn)行效果驗(yàn)證,總結(jié)分析BIM在施工成本管理中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:基于BIM的精細(xì)化施工成本管理應(yīng)用流程落實(shí)到工程項(xiàng)目中,從量的精細(xì)控制到價(jià)的過(guò)程控制,優(yōu)化了施工成本管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了施工成本控制,對(duì)施工企業(yè)改進(jìn)施工成本管理模式有一定的參考借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:China's construction industry is in a high-speed and efficient development trend, has been driving the development of the national economy. Because our country has changed from the planned economy system to the market economy system, the construction enterprises are facing the fierce domestic market competition environment. Informatization development has been widely regarded as a strategic means to improve construction efficiency and enhance enterprise productivity. The introduction of BIM is not only in line with the development concept of construction information in China, but also is an urgently needed technology to realize construction informatization in China. Driven by both market and policy, BIM has been widely regarded as the future development direction of the construction industry. For construction enterprises, efficient construction cost management has become one of the core competitiveness. At present, the construction cost management in our country is still in a kind of extensive, experiential management mode, there are many problems, such as the construction resources allocation is not accurate, the construction cost is neglected, dynamic and integrated management, etc. Therefore, it is the most important for construction enterprises to establish systematic and scientific construction information cost management system to improve efficiency and increase profits. This paper takes the construction cost as the research object, takes BIM as the technical method, formulates the fine construction cost management application flow based on BIM, including the concrete realization way, and relies on a media building case project to carry on the application implementation, can verify. The main research contents are as follows: (1) through collecting the relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper studies and analyzes the development status of construction cost management and BIM. The research depth of BIM in the field of construction cost management is summarized. (2) elaborate construction cost management theory from two aspects of concept and content, summarize the existing problems of construction cost management in China, and summarize the characteristics of BIM. The application value corresponds to find the breakthrough point and make clear the applicability of BIM in the construction cost management. (3) in view of the deficiency of the construction cost management, from the continuous application of the engineering quantity information of the design BIM model, the construction main resources optimization management, The three aspects of integrated process management of construction information are studied, and the application flow of fine construction cost management based on BIM is established. (4) the application process of fine construction cost management based on BIM is applied to the case engineering of a media building. The application advantages of BIM in construction cost management are summarized and analyzed. The results show that the application flow of fine construction cost management based on BIM is carried out in the engineering project, from the fine control of quantity to the process control of price, the construction cost management is optimized, and the construction cost control is realized. It has certain reference value to improve the construction cost management mode of construction enterprises.
