某基層銀行財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】:某商業(yè)銀行的基層支行在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面,采用分級(jí)式財(cái)務(wù)核算管理,數(shù)據(jù)不集中,信息不統(tǒng)一,支行管理層很難在第一時(shí)間看到資金支付情況和需要的報(bào)表分析等資料,財(cái)務(wù)管理面臨著管理幅度增大與信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)等帶來(lái)的管理效益的下降,因此迫切需要進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。結(jié)合其未來(lái)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)銀行財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)做出需求總結(jié)、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃與實(shí)施方案,并對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,通過(guò)信息化的手段建立一個(gè)銀行財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)整合的管理信息平臺(tái),從而提高銀行的財(cái)務(wù)管理水平和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃中,為確保方案貼近實(shí)際,又兼具長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)性,主要采用了面向?qū)ο蟮姆治?OOA,Object Oriented Analysis),面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)(OOD,Object Oriented Design)、以及我們經(jīng)常說(shuō)的面向?qū)ο蟮木幊虒?shí)現(xiàn)(OOP,Object Oriented Programming),以及關(guān)鍵成功因素法(Critical Success Factors,CSF)、波士頓矩陣、平衡積分卡等方法論和模型,確保整個(gè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控和順利實(shí)施,該方案中主要技術(shù)路線將采用JAVA語(yǔ)言和國(guó)內(nèi)某著名軟件廠商的EAS成熟產(chǎn)品作為系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)工具,并基于J2EE和MDA的先進(jìn)技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行模型驅(qū)動(dòng)架構(gòu)而構(gòu)建。J2EE規(guī)范組件是可以確保系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性和先進(jìn)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)外部業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的接口。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)將分為核算層、管理層和決策分析層。其中核算層是整個(gè)銀行財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)部分,它為財(cái)務(wù)管理層和決策分析層提供必須的財(cái)務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù);在核算層的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建管理層,主要包括:預(yù)算管理、成本管理等,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞;最后則是決策分析層,該層為系統(tǒng)的最高層次,它將依托財(cái)務(wù)核算層、財(cái)務(wù)管理層和前臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)及財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè);谏鲜鱿到y(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),選取硬件將主要包括RISC架構(gòu)服務(wù)器和IA架構(gòu)服務(wù)器,主要基于UNIX操作系統(tǒng)。存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備可以隨時(shí)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充,客戶(hù)端則采用一般PC機(jī)。軟件方面,服務(wù)器采用UNIX系統(tǒng),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)則主要選擇IBM的DB2 8.1?蛻(hù)端使用Windows XP系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)信息系統(tǒng)的建立和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,把日常所需的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)集成到工作流系統(tǒng)中,使得系統(tǒng)界面、賬戶(hù)界面等各界面保持統(tǒng)一,使得整體業(yè)務(wù)流程更加緊密,財(cái)務(wù)管理能力得到顯著提高。在具體實(shí)施過(guò)程中,結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),由于支行業(yè)務(wù)較為簡(jiǎn)單,因此其財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)并不需要大量系統(tǒng)建設(shè),以節(jié)約成本并符合支行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求。因此,此次系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)首先完成總體賬務(wù)功能模塊、現(xiàn)金管理功能模塊、報(bào)賬中心、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表系統(tǒng)和財(cái)務(wù)分析系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施準(zhǔn)備、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試以及實(shí)施效果分析等工作。并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況為未來(lái)進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)其他模塊預(yù)留接口。
[Abstract]:In the aspect of financial management, the basic branch of a certain commercial bank adopts hierarchical financial accounting management, data is not centralized, information is not unified, the management of the branch is very difficult to see the information such as the situation of fund payment and the report analysis needed in the first time. The financial management is faced with the decrease of the management benefit brought by the increase of the management range and the asymmetry of the information, so it is urgent to construct the financial management information system. Combined with its future development strategy, the bank financial management system needs summary, system planning and implementation plan, and risk assessment, through the means of information to establish a bank financial data integration management information platform, In order to improve the bank's financial management level and core competitiveness. Throughout project planning, in order to ensure that the programme is realistic and long-term, The methods and models of OOO object Oriented Analysis), (OO O O O object Oriented Design), Oop object Oriented Programming), and key success factor method (Critical Success factors CSF), Boston matrix, balanced integral card and so on are used in this paper. To ensure the risk control and smooth implementation of the whole project implementation process, the main technical route of the project will adopt JAVA language and the mature EAS products of a famous domestic software manufacturer as the system implementation tools. Based on the advanced technical architecture of J2EE and MDA, this paper constructs a model-driven architecture. J2EE specification component can ensure the stability and advancement of the technical architecture of the system and realize the interface of the external business system. The system design will be divided into accounting layer, management layer and decision analysis layer. The accounting layer is the basic part of the whole bank financial management system, it provides the necessary financial and business data for the financial management and decision analysis layer, and constructs the management layer on the basis of the accounting layer, mainly including: budget management, Finally, the decision analysis layer, which is the highest level of the system, will rely on the financial accounting layer, financial management and foreground business system business and financial data construction. Based on the above system design, the selected hardware will mainly include RISC architecture server and IA architecture server, mainly based on UNIX operating system. Storage devices can be expanded at any time, and clients use general PC. In the software aspect, the server adopts the UNIX system, the database mainly selects the DB2 8.1 of IBM. The client uses Windows XP system. Through the establishment of information system and the analysis of data mining, the daily financial data is integrated into the workflow system, so that the interface of the system, the account interface and other interfaces remain unified, which makes the whole business process more closely. The ability of financial management has been significantly improved. In the concrete implementation process, considering the commercial bank business characteristic, because the branch business is relatively simple, therefore its financial management system does not need a large number of system construction, in order to save the cost and accord with the branch business development demand. Therefore, the implementation of the system should first complete the overall accounting function module, cash management function module, accounting center, financial statement system and financial analysis system implementation preparation, system testing and implementation effect analysis. And according to the actual situation for the future further development of other modules reserved interface.
