太陽能一體化建筑全壽命周期成本管理研究

【摘要】:在能源緊缺的今天,建筑節(jié)能已成為人們關(guān)注的問題。我國又是快速發(fā)展的建筑大國,充分利用綠色能源顯得尤為重要。太陽能是大自然賦予人們的清潔資源,如何使太陽能有效的利用并結(jié)合到建筑上,是太陽能一體化建筑研究的關(guān)鍵。面對(duì)競爭激烈的建筑市場,太陽能一體化建筑的研究需加強(qiáng)全壽命周期的成本管理,才能保證此類建筑健康、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 本文從太陽能一體化建筑全壽命周期的角度出發(fā),探討了太陽能一體化建筑的概念,認(rèn)為太陽能一體化建筑應(yīng)是將太陽能系統(tǒng)構(gòu)件化、采用可拆卸安裝方式,使其成為建筑的有機(jī)組成部分,并與建筑同步設(shè)計(jì)、同步施工、同步投入使用的一種建筑。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了太陽能一體化建筑的成本構(gòu)成,提出對(duì)太陽能一體化建筑應(yīng)進(jìn)行全壽命周期成本管理,尤其應(yīng)重視決策階段和設(shè)計(jì)階段的成本分析,同時(shí),加強(qiáng)施工階段的成本控制,重視運(yùn)營階段太陽能設(shè)備維護(hù)、更換的方便性。據(jù)此,通過分析太陽能一體化建筑的成本影響因素,探討了太陽能一體化建筑全壽命周期各階段成本管理與控制的要點(diǎn),以利于太陽能一體化建筑的科學(xué)建設(shè)與推廣。 太陽能一體化建筑全壽命周期成本管理各階段的工作側(cè)重具體如下: (1)在決策階段,重點(diǎn)分析影響太陽能一體化建筑成本的主要因素,,運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)分析方法對(duì)太陽能一體化建筑進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)并估算其節(jié)能效益; (2)設(shè)計(jì)階段需充分考慮太陽能設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求并綜合考慮建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)與施工安裝之間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及運(yùn)營期間的維修、更換需求; (3)施工階段,應(yīng)重視太陽能設(shè)備安裝與主體結(jié)構(gòu)、裝飾施工之間的穿插與配合,進(jìn)行施工方案優(yōu)化; (4)運(yùn)營階段的工作重點(diǎn)是分析和測評(píng)太陽能一體化建筑的運(yùn)行狀況,確定適用于太陽能一體化建筑的運(yùn)營模式,并制定合理的運(yùn)營方案。
[Abstract]:In the energy shortage today, building energy conservation has become a problem that people pay attention to. China is also a rapidly developing construction country, it is particularly important to make full use of green energy. Solar energy is a clean resource given by nature. How to effectively utilize solar energy and integrate it into architecture is the key to the research of solar integrated architecture. In the face of the fierce competition in the construction market, the research of solar integrated building needs to strengthen the cost management of the whole life cycle to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of this kind of building. In this paper, the concept of solar integrated building is discussed from the point of view of the whole life cycle of solar energy integrated building. It is considered that solar energy integrated building should be a component of solar energy system and adopt detachable installation mode. A building that becomes an organic part of architecture and is designed, constructed, and put into use synchronously. On this basis, the cost composition of solar integrated building is analyzed, and it is proposed that the whole life cycle cost management of solar integrated building should be carried out, especially the cost analysis in the decision-making and design stages, and at the same time, Strengthen the cost control of construction phase, attach importance to the operation phase of solar equipment maintenance, replacement convenience. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of solar integrated building, the key points of cost management and control in the whole life cycle of solar integrated building are discussed in order to facilitate the scientific construction and popularization of solar energy integrated building. The work of the whole life cycle cost management of solar integrated building is focused on the following aspects: (1) in the decision-making stage, the main factors influencing the cost of solar integrated building are analyzed. Economic analysis method is used to evaluate solar energy integrated building and estimate its energy saving benefit. (2) the technical requirements of solar energy equipment should be fully considered in the design stage and the building should be considered comprehensively. The optimal design between the structure and the construction installation and the maintenance and replacement demand during operation; (3) in the construction stage, attention should be paid to the installation of solar energy equipment and the main structure, the interplacement and cooperation between the decoration and construction, and the optimization of the construction scheme; (4) the key work of the operation stage is to analyze and evaluate the operation condition of the solar integrated building, to determine the operation mode suitable for the solar energy integrated building, and to make a reasonable operation plan.
