【摘要】：2013年年底,財(cái)政部頒布了新的《行政單位會(huì)計(jì)制度》,要求我國各級(jí)行政單位自2014年1月1日起嚴(yán)格按照新制度進(jìn)行會(huì)計(jì)核算。新制度較舊制度有很大的突破和創(chuàng)新,這無疑會(huì)對我國各級(jí)行政單位的會(huì)計(jì)核算帶來重大影響。文章詳細(xì)對比了新舊會(huì)計(jì)制度的差異,并通過例解的方法,分析了行政單位在執(zhí)行新制度時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)做的各項(xiàng)會(huì)計(jì)調(diào)整和銜接工作,以期對行政單位會(huì)計(jì)人員起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2013, the Ministry of Finance promulgated a new Accounting system for Administrative Units, which requires all levels of administrative units to carry out accounting in strict accordance with the new system from January 1, 2014. The new system has great breakthrough and innovation compared with the old system, which will undoubtedly bring great influence to the accounting of administrative units at all levels in our country. This paper compares the differences between the new and the old accounting systems in detail, and through the method of example, analyzes the various accounting adjustment and linking work that should be done by administrative units in the implementation of the new system, in order to play a certain reference role to the accountants of administrative units.
