【摘要】:美國加州大學(xué)致力于為加州居民提供可獲得、可負(fù)擔(dān)和高品質(zhì)的教育,并倚靠卓越的教育學(xué)術(shù)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展及本州的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展。依據(jù)這一辦學(xué)理念和宗旨,加州大學(xué)在運營預(yù)算及辦學(xué)資源配置中充分落實了以學(xué)生為本的技術(shù)要求和價值準(zhǔn)則,確保大學(xué)對合格生源的持續(xù)擴招、對學(xué)生收費的相對穩(wěn)定、對貧困學(xué)生的有力資助、對學(xué)生的全面照護(hù)和對人才培養(yǎng)的高度倚重。我國大學(xué)應(yīng)借鑒以學(xué)生為本的辦學(xué)取向,從辦學(xué)資源配置和實際辦學(xué)行動上有效落實,并切實回應(yīng)外界的合理關(guān)切與監(jiān)督訴求。
[Abstract]:The University of California is committed to providing California residents with an accessible, affordable and high-quality education, and relies on excellent educational learning to promote the overall development of students and the economic and social development of the state. According to this idea and purpose, the University of California has fully implemented the student-oriented technical requirements and value criteria in the operating budget and the allocation of school resources to ensure that the university continues to expand its enrollment of qualified students, and charges students relatively stable. Poor students have the ability to subsidize, the overall care of students and highly dependent on talent training. Universities in our country should learn from the orientation of student-oriented education, effectively implement the allocation of school resources and the actual operation of running a school, and respond to the reasonable concern and supervision demands of the outside world.
