【摘要】：在當(dāng)前我國(guó)公共財(cái)政體制持續(xù)深入改革的新形勢(shì)下,各地區(qū)高校的財(cái)務(wù)管理工作環(huán)境與工作內(nèi)容等基本情況也相應(yīng)地表現(xiàn)出不同程度的變化,同時(shí),加之高校辦學(xué)模式也一直處于不斷創(chuàng)新、改進(jìn)狀態(tài),在此情況下,傳統(tǒng)的單一財(cái)務(wù)管理模式已經(jīng)難以充分滿足實(shí)際的高校財(cái)務(wù)管理工作需求。在本文中,筆者指出了當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下高校財(cái)務(wù)管理工作中所存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了對(duì)策分析,旨在為后續(xù)的高校財(cái)務(wù)管理工作提供參考思路。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of continuous and deep reform of the public finance system in our country, the basic situation of the financial management work environment and the working content of the universities in various regions also show different degrees of change correspondingly, at the same time, In addition, the mode of running a university has been constantly innovating and improving. In this case, the traditional single financial management mode has been difficult to fully meet the actual needs of the financial management of colleges and universities. In this paper, the author points out the existing problems in the financial management of colleges and universities under the current situation, and carries on the countermeasure analysis to these problems, in order to provide the reference train of thought for the follow-up university financial management work.
