【摘要】:煙草收入是我國稅收的重要來源,為了減小卷煙銷量增速放緩對國家稅收的影響,國家煙草專賣局積極尋找"第三利潤源泉"開展"精益物流",紙箱循環(huán)利用即是開展"精益物流"的舉措之一。LB煙草專賣局物流中心開展紙箱循環(huán)利用工作后,因經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足出現(xiàn)了回收紙箱合格率低和回收工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度增大、回收紙箱操作場地面積投入增加等方面問題。這些問題的出現(xiàn)不但嚴(yán)重影響了國家煙草專賣局對紙箱循環(huán)利用率目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),也增加了企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本。在此背景下,論文就LB煙草專賣局物流中心紙箱回收問題進(jìn)行研究。論文首先介紹了LB煙草專賣局及其物流中心的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、卷煙物流流程等現(xiàn)狀;其次,運(yùn)用六西格瑪管理的DMAIC模型,對紙箱回收合格率的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,最終確定未按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分類整理、現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)不力、人員技能培訓(xùn)不當(dāng)三大影響因素;此基礎(chǔ)上,論文提出制定分類整理操作規(guī)范、加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督和制定技能培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃等措施,以此來提高紙箱回收合格率;同時(shí)論文通過記錄、分析紙箱回收程序等方法,提出運(yùn)用回收周轉(zhuǎn)小車實(shí)現(xiàn)回收程序的簡化與合并,從而達(dá)到優(yōu)化回收操作場地、降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的目的。
[Abstract]:Tobacco revenue is an important source of tax revenue in China, in order to reduce the impact of the slow growth of cigarette sales on the national tax, The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau is actively looking for "the third profit source" to carry out "lean logistics". The recycling of cartons is one of the measures to carry out "lean logistics" .After the logistics center of LB Tobacco Monopoly Bureau launched the carton recycling work, Due to the lack of experience, the low qualified rate of recycled cartons, the increase of labor intensity of recycling workers, and the increase of input of operation area of recycled cartons and so on. The emergence of these problems not only seriously affects the realization of the goal of recycling utilization of cartons, but also increases the operating cost of enterprises. Under this background, the paper studies the carton recovery problem of LB Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Logistics Center. Firstly, the paper introduces the organizational structure of LB Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and its logistics center, cigarette logistics process and so on. Secondly, using the DMAIC model of six Sigma management, the paper studies the influencing factors of the pass rate of carton recovery. Finally, it is determined that three major influencing factors are not classified according to the standard, the supervision and guidance on the spot is weak, and the personnel skill training is not proper. On this basis, the paper puts forward some measures, such as formulating the operation standard of classification and arrangement, strengthening the supervision on the spot and drawing up the skill training plan, etc. At the same time, by recording and analyzing the recycling procedure of carton, the paper puts forward that the recycling process can be simplified and merged by using the recycling trolley, so as to optimize the operation site. The purpose of reducing the labor intensity of workers.
