基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的“創(chuàng)意云”系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了激發(fā)創(chuàng)新,增強(qiáng)我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)工作的水平,我們開發(fā)了一款“創(chuàng)意云”系統(tǒng)。在該系統(tǒng)中每個(gè)使用者都可以上傳自己的創(chuàng)意,系統(tǒng)將為該創(chuàng)意提供法律保護(hù)。用戶可以為創(chuàng)意申請商標(biāo)。當(dāng)發(fā)生法律糾紛時(shí),可以向系統(tǒng)申請生成法律出證文件,以捍衛(wèi)自己的權(quán)益。 “創(chuàng)意云”系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)分為三期工程,本文基于作者在本項(xiàng)目中的一期工作而編寫。從技術(shù)應(yīng)用角度講,本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)利用了Java為主的相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù),利用了Strust2、Spring等開發(fā)框架,結(jié)合使用了阿里云的ECS、RDS、OSS云服務(wù)器技術(shù),借鑒了目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用開發(fā)的普遍經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從開發(fā)內(nèi)容角度將,本系統(tǒng)所開發(fā)的內(nèi)容包括用戶端和服務(wù)管理端兩大部分。本文介紹了基于Web的用戶端和服務(wù)管理端的開發(fā),包括用戶權(quán)限管理模塊、用戶信息管理模塊、商標(biāo)管理模塊、創(chuàng)意管理模塊、法律出證管理模塊等諸多內(nèi)容。論文綜合以上兩個(gè)方面,首先介紹了項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)背景與本論文研究的內(nèi)容.接著介紹了可行性分析和需求分析與在此基礎(chǔ)上所進(jìn)行的總體解決方案和概要設(shè)計(jì),本文重點(diǎn)論述了系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),包括用戶端的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)和服務(wù)管理端的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 經(jīng)過一系列嚴(yán)格的測試后,我們將系統(tǒng)部署在了阿里云的云平臺上。到目前為止該套已穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行了2個(gè)月,F(xiàn)在,“創(chuàng)意云”平臺已經(jīng)成為可靠的、包含全部基礎(chǔ)功能的創(chuàng)意管理平臺!皠(chuàng)意云”平臺的研發(fā)是一種思維上全新的嘗試。相信隨著“創(chuàng)意云”平臺的推廣,我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)工作的整體水平會得到顯著提升。相信在不久的未來,“創(chuàng)新”也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化、規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化管理,并激發(fā)廣大人們?nèi)罕姷牡膭?chuàng)造熱情。
[Abstract]:In order to stimulate innovation and enhance the level of intellectual property protection in China, we developed a "creative cloud" system. Each user can upload their own ideas in the system, the system will provide legal protection for the idea. Users can apply for trademarks for creativity. When a legal dispute occurs, you can apply to the system to generate legal documents to defend your rights and interests. The development of Creative Cloud system is divided into three phases. This paper is based on the author's work in this project. From the point of view of technology application, the research and development of this system is based on the related development technology of Java, the development framework of Strust2 / Spring and the technology of ECS RDS / OSS cloud server based on Ali cloud, which draw lessons from the general experience of Internet application development at present. From the point of view of developing content, the content of this system includes two parts: client side and service management side. This paper introduces the development of user side and service management terminal based on Web, including user rights management module, user information management module, trademark management module, creative management module, legal certification management module and so on. The thesis synthesizes the above two aspects, first introduces the project related background and this paper research content. Then it introduces the feasibility analysis and requirement analysis, and the overall solution and outline design based on the analysis, this paper focuses on the detailed design and implementation of the system. It includes the design and implementation of the client and the design and implementation of the service management. After a series of strict tests, we deployed the system on the cloud platform of Ali cloud. So far, the set has been running steadily for 2 months. Now, the Creative Cloud platform has become a reliable creative management platform with all the basic features. The research and development of Creative Cloud platform is a new attempt on thinking. It is believed that with the promotion of Creative Cloud, the overall level of intellectual property protection in China will be significantly improved. I believe that in the near future, "innovation" can also achieve information, standardization, scientific management, and stimulate the masses of people to create enthusiasm.
