基于地理標(biāo)志的我國茶葉出口貿(mào)易研究

【摘要】:地理標(biāo)志制度起源于歐洲,是一項(xiàng)立足于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)所保護(hù)產(chǎn)品及其所使用標(biāo)志的保護(hù)制度,其產(chǎn)生最早可以追溯到15世紀(jì),得到國際公約的承認(rèn)也已經(jīng)有100多年的時(shí)間,在已經(jīng)具有完備地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)制度的歐洲國家和地區(qū)發(fā)揮了重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)作用。我國幅員遼闊,地理?xiàng)l件和氣候條件優(yōu)越,豐富的地理資源和悠久的歷史文化創(chuàng)造并留下了眾多地理標(biāo)志資源。但由于我國在地理標(biāo)志相關(guān)概念和制度的引入與研究上都相對(duì)較晚,由此所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效應(yīng)也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于西方國家和地區(qū)。本文以地理標(biāo)志茶葉為研究對(duì)象,在分析影響茶葉出口主要因素的基礎(chǔ)上,加入地理標(biāo)志茶葉數(shù)量因素,以中國對(duì)摩洛哥的茶葉出口為數(shù)據(jù)作為考察對(duì)象,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)地理標(biāo)志數(shù)目的增加會(huì)帶來該行業(yè)產(chǎn)品出口量的增加這一命題進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果顯示,產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)地理標(biāo)志數(shù)目的增加確實(shí)會(huì)帶來該行業(yè)產(chǎn)品出口量的增加,,但現(xiàn)階段我國地理標(biāo)志認(rèn)證對(duì)產(chǎn)品出口的促進(jìn)作用還有待加強(qiáng)。本文最后根據(jù)這一結(jié)論提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The geographical indication system, which originated in Europe, is a system based on the products protected by intellectual property rights and the symbols it uses. It can be traced back to the 15th century and has been recognized by international conventions for more than 100 years. It has played an important economic and social role in European countries and regions which already have complete geographical indication protection system. China has a vast territory, favorable geographical and climatic conditions, rich geographical resources and long history and culture, and has created and left many geographical indication resources. However, because of the late introduction and study of the concept and system of geographical indication in China, the economic and social effects are far behind those of the western countries and regions. Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the export of tea, this paper takes the geographical indication tea as the research object, adds the geographical indication tea quantity factor, and takes the Chinese tea export to Morocco as the data. This paper verifies the proposition that the increase in the number of geographical indications in the industry will lead to an increase in the export volume of the industry's products. The results show that the increase in the number of geographical indications in the industry will indeed lead to an increase in the export volume of the products, but at this stage, the role of geographical indication certification in promoting the export of products in China needs to be strengthened. Finally, according to this conclusion, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
