【摘要】:造紙工業(yè)是我國的重要基礎(chǔ)原料產(chǎn)業(yè),但它的發(fā)展一直被高能耗、大污染和不合理的原料結(jié)構(gòu)等問題所困擾。制漿是造紙工業(yè)的重要組成部分,當前仍沿用常規(guī)間歇式蒸煮工藝,能耗高、得率低,且后續(xù)漂白工段只能采用三段漂或四段漂,對環(huán)境的污染較大。而置換蒸煮技術(shù),通過在蒸煮鍋之外設(shè)置溫黑液、熱黑液、熱白液等槽罐,將蒸煮工藝分為多個步驟進行,從而實現(xiàn)黑液里面的熱能和化學(xué)品的回收再利用,后續(xù)漿料也可以采用新近研發(fā)出來的無元素氯漂或全無氯漂等先進漂白工藝,是一項節(jié)能環(huán)保的新型間歇式制漿技術(shù),在美國、加拿大等造紙技術(shù)發(fā)達的國家已經(jīng)被研發(fā)成熟并得以廣泛應(yīng)用。雖然我國已經(jīng)成功引進了置換蒸煮技術(shù),但是由于其蒸煮機理復(fù)雜、蒸煮流程繁冗且內(nèi)部聯(lián)鎖復(fù)雜,因此國內(nèi)目前仍沒有一套功能完善且擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的置換蒸煮全集成控制系統(tǒng),所采用的置換蒸煮控制系統(tǒng)都是由ABB、Honeywell、SIEMENS等國外公司提供,成本昂貴,只有實力比較雄厚的大漿廠才有能力采購,因此實現(xiàn)置換蒸煮控制系統(tǒng)的國產(chǎn)化有利于置換蒸煮技術(shù)在我國的推廣應(yīng)用;谏鲜鲈,本碩士論文在科技部國家國際合作項目“節(jié)能環(huán)保型置換蒸煮關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與設(shè)備的合作研究”的資助下,以廣西馬山和發(fā)強紙業(yè)有限公司置換蒸煮DCS項目為依托,結(jié)合國合項目引進的技術(shù)資料對置換蒸煮生產(chǎn)溶解漿和化學(xué)漿的控制過程進行詳細剖析,并從控制難點的研究與解決策略、控制方案設(shè)計、上位機程序設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)三個方面展開應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究,具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)控制難點的研究與解決策略以國合項目引進的GLV技術(shù)資料為依據(jù),對置換蒸煮工藝過程控制進行詳細剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)之上解決置換蒸煮系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用過程中的三個難點問題。其中針對蒸煮鍋溫差問題,設(shè)計了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)串級解耦PID控制算法,解決了溫差控制的時滯性、時變性和非線性等難點;針對偏流問題,通過分析設(shè)計了通道的檢測和破壞方案,保證蒸煮過程中藥液以近活塞流的方式流動;針對卸料泵汽蝕問題,通過控制卸料濃度并結(jié)合變速卸料、補償有效汽蝕余量的方法,保證在整個卸料過程中NPSHa大于NPSHr。(2)置換蒸煮控制方案的設(shè)計研究針對置換蒸煮工藝過程,提出了主順序和子順序相結(jié)合的控制方案,實現(xiàn)工藝過程的自動化;通過建模分析得到了基于物料平衡的槽區(qū)液位控制策略,使槽區(qū)液位始終保持在10%~90%之間,滿足了置換蒸煮系統(tǒng)正常生產(chǎn)的要求;設(shè)計了冗余、聯(lián)鎖、診斷等方案,保證控制系統(tǒng)安全有效地運行,并通過OPC接口技術(shù)使MATLAB和PLC相結(jié)合,便于高級控制算法在置換蒸煮系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。(3)基于S7-400 PLC的控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)以西門子S7-400 PLC為主體控制硬件,PCS7為軟件開發(fā)工具,根據(jù)所提出的難點問題解決策略以及各控制方案,進行了DCS控制系統(tǒng)硬件、軟件設(shè)計,使得所提出的解決策略和控制方案可應(yīng)用于實際生產(chǎn)。本碩士論文剖析了GLV公司的置換蒸煮工藝,在此基礎(chǔ)之上對置換蒸煮系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用過程中的三個難點問題進行了分析和解決,并設(shè)計出了工藝自動化等控制方案,根據(jù)所提出的各難點解決策略及工藝自動化等控制方案,完成了DCS硬件、軟件設(shè)計,在廣西馬山和發(fā)強紙業(yè)有限公司的實際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,本碩士論文所研究設(shè)計的控制系統(tǒng),可以很好地滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實際需求。
[Abstract]:The paper industry is an important basic raw material industry in China, but its development has been plagued by high energy consumption, large pollution and unreasonable raw material structure. Pulping is an important part of the paper industry. At present, the conventional batch cooking process is still used, with high energy consumption and low yield, and only three or four stage bleaching can be used in the subsequent bleaching section. The pollution of the environment is great, and the replacement steaming technology can be divided into several steps by setting the hot black liquid, hot black liquid and hot white liquid outside the cooking pot, so as to realize the heat and chemical recycling in the black liquor, and the following slurry can also be used newly developed without chlorine bleaching or all chlorine bleaching. Advanced bleaching technology, which is a new type of intermittent pulping technology with energy saving and environmental protection, has been developed and widely used in the developed countries such as the United States and Canada. Although the replacement cooking technology has been successfully introduced in our country, the cooking process is complicated and the internal interlocking is complex because of its complicated cooking mechanism. At present, there is still not a complete set of complete integrated control system with complete function and independent intellectual property right. The replacement steaming control system is provided by foreign companies such as ABB, Honeywell, SIEMENS and so on. It is expensive, only the large pulp factory with strong strength has the ability to purchase, so the replacement cooking control system is realized. Based on the above reasons, the master's thesis, supported by the cooperation of the national international cooperation project of the Ministry of science and technology, "the cooperation of the key technology and equipment of the energy saving and environmental replacement steaming", is supported by the replacement of the DCS project of the Guangxi Mashan and the development of the paper industry Co., Ltd. The technical data introduced by the project are analyzed in detail for the control process of dissolving pulp and chemical pulp produced by replacement steaming, and the application technology is researched from three aspects: the research and solution strategy of the control difficulties, the design of control scheme, the program design and implementation of the upper computer, and the specific research is as follows: (1) the research and solution strategy of the control difficulty Based on the GLV technical data introduced by the national project, the control of the replacement steaming process is analyzed in detail. On this basis, three difficult problems in the application process of the replacement cooking system are solved. In view of the problem of the temperature difference of the cooking pot, a cascade decoupling PID control algorithm is designed to solve the time delay of the temperature difference control. By analyzing and designing the detection and failure scheme of the channel in order to ensure the flow of the near piston flow in the cooking process, the method of controlling the discharge concentration and compensating the effective cavitation allowance to ensure the NPSH in the whole unloading process is guaranteed. The design of a more than NPSHr. (2) replacement steaming control scheme is designed for the replacement steaming process. The control scheme combining the main sequence and the subsequence is proposed to realize the automation of the process. The liquid level control strategy based on the material balance is obtained by modeling and analysis, so that the liquid level of the slot area is kept between the 10%~90% and the liquid level. The requirements of normal production of replacement cooking system; design redundancy, interlocking, diagnosis and so on to ensure the safe and effective operation of the control system, and combine MATLAB and PLC through OPC interface technology to facilitate the application of the advanced control algorithm in the replacement cooking system. (3) the design and implementation of the control system based on S7-400 PLC based on the SIEMENS S7-400 PL C is the main control hardware, and PCS7 is a software development tool. According to the difficult problem solving strategy and the control scheme, the hardware of the DCS control system and the software are designed. The proposed solution strategy and control scheme can be applied to the actual production.
