多功能連鑄機輥縫測量儀設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文的目標是設(shè)計一款具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的多功能連鑄機輥縫測量儀。在設(shè)計中采用DSP芯片TMS320F28335作為輥縫儀測量系統(tǒng)的處理器,以DSP為核心單元設(shè)計外圍硬件電路,在uC/OS-II嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)平臺上完成多功能輥縫測量儀的軟件設(shè)計,并利用上位機軟件來分析顯示測量數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸是采用無線的方式實現(xiàn)的。整個系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了對連鑄機物理參數(shù)的測量,通過傳感器采集連鑄機的輥縫值、角度值、導輥旋轉(zhuǎn)情況、噴嘴噴霧情況等數(shù)據(jù),將這些數(shù)據(jù)進行初步處理后存儲起來,然后通過無線傳輸?shù)姆绞剿徒o上位機,在上位機軟件中再次分析處理后以圖表的方式顯示出來。連鑄機維護人員根據(jù)顯示出來的最終結(jié)果,判斷出當前被測連鑄機的工況。 文中介紹了連鑄機各個物理參數(shù)的測量原理以及系統(tǒng)整體的軟硬件設(shè)計方案。硬件設(shè)計方案是以DSP為處理器,采用內(nèi)外部ADC為模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換單元,搭載信號調(diào)理、電平轉(zhuǎn)換、顯示、通訊、電源等模塊電路共同組成了輥縫儀測量硬件平臺,分析了各硬件模塊電路的功能,并驗證硬件電路的可行性;軟件設(shè)計是硬件為基礎(chǔ),采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)的方式實現(xiàn),通過在CCS開發(fā)環(huán)境中完成了uC/OS-II操作系統(tǒng)的移植工作,采用多任務(wù)處理功能實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的軟件編程;系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計完成之后,結(jié)合軟硬件測試整個系統(tǒng)功能就顯得很必要,,整個設(shè)計的完成需經(jīng)過了多次測試,前期主要是實驗室測試,并給出一些具體的測試方法,通過實驗室測試之后才能進行現(xiàn)場測試;上位機軟件主要用來顯示測量結(jié)果,文中給出了一些測量結(jié)果的顯示方式,并簡略說明如何分析這些顯示出來的數(shù)據(jù)。最后,總結(jié)論文的主要工作及其存在的問題,并對未來工作提出了建議和改進的方向,對于輥縫儀的發(fā)展也做出了一些探討。 經(jīng)論證本文設(shè)計的多功能輥縫儀設(shè)計合理、檢測準確、工作穩(wěn)定、操作簡單,具有很高的應用價值。
[Abstract]:The goal of this paper is to design a multi-function continuous casting machine roll gap measuring instrument with independent intellectual property. In the design, DSP chip TMS320F28335 is used as the processor of the roll gap measuring system, and the peripheral hardware circuit is designed with DSP as the core unit. The software design of the multifunction roll gap measuring instrument is completed on the uC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system platform. The data of display and display are analyzed by the software of upper computer, and the data transmission is realized by wireless way. The whole system is designed to measure the physical parameters of continuous casting machine. The data of roll gap value, angle value, guide roll rotation, nozzle spray and so on are collected by sensor, and these data are stored after preliminary processing. Then it is sent to the host computer by wireless transmission, and then analyzed and processed again in the software of the host computer, and then displayed in the form of chart. The maintainers of the caster judge the current condition of the CCM according to the final result. This paper introduces the measuring principle of each physical parameter of the continuous casting machine and the whole software and hardware design scheme of the system. The hardware design is based on DSP processor and internal and external ADC as A / D conversion unit. The hardware platform is composed of signal conditioning, level conversion, display, communication, power supply and other modules. The function of each hardware module circuit is analyzed, and the feasibility of the hardware circuit is verified. The software design is based on hardware and is implemented by embedded system. The transplant of uC/OS-II operating system is accomplished in CCS development environment. After the software design of the system is completed, it is necessary to test the whole system function with the software and hardware. The completion of the whole design has to go through many tests, mainly laboratory tests in the early stage. Some specific test methods are also given, which can only be tested in the field after the laboratory test. The host computer software is mainly used to display the measurement results, and some display methods of the measurement results are given in this paper. And briefly explain how to analyze these displayed data. Finally, the paper summarizes the main work and its existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and improvement directions for future work, and also makes some discussions on the development of the roll gap meter. It is proved that the multifunctional roll gap meter designed in this paper is reasonable in design, accurate in detection, stable in work, simple in operation, and of high application value.
