【摘要】：水力式升船機(jī)是我國(guó)提出的具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、利用水能作為提升動(dòng)力和安全保障措施的新型垂直升船機(jī)形式。針對(duì)該型升船機(jī)復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,采用先從單筒的簡(jiǎn)單結(jié)構(gòu)入手,逐漸復(fù)雜化幾何體的研究思路,用附加質(zhì)量法對(duì)單筒結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行用戶單元布置建模,并開發(fā)Python代碼,模擬出豎井內(nèi)不同液面深度時(shí)前6階振型以及頻率和特征向量參與系數(shù)。通過對(duì)前6階振型不同液面深度時(shí)的頻率分析,為多筒耦合結(jié)構(gòu)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic ship lift is a new type of vertical ship lift which has its own intellectual property rights and uses water energy as its power and safety measures. In view of the complex structural characteristics of this type of ship lift, the simple structure of the single cylinder is first used, and the research idea of gradually complicating the geometry is used to model the user unit layout of the single cylinder structure with the method of additional mass, and the Python code is developed. The first six modes and the participation coefficients of frequency and eigenvector are simulated for different depth of liquid level in the shaft. The frequency analysis of the first 6 modes with different depth of liquid surface lays a foundation for the study of multi-cylinder coupling structures.
