【摘要】：城管的污名化導(dǎo)致了城管群體處于一種職業(yè)身份認(rèn)同受到威脅的狀態(tài)。城管所采取應(yīng)對認(rèn)同威脅的策略受到個體對其職業(yè)群體認(rèn)同程度的影響。對城管認(rèn)同程度低的城管成員,會采取去類別化的方式與本群體疏離,認(rèn)同其他的群體類別。而對城管群體認(rèn)同程度高的城管成員,則采取改變與群體類別相關(guān)的意義與價值維度,捍衛(wèi)其職業(yè)的正當(dāng)性。由此可見社會身份認(rèn)同的協(xié)商性與協(xié)商過程的豐富性。個體通過身份協(xié)商,在業(yè)已斷裂的心理需求與社會定義之間,搭建起了一道互動的橋梁。
[Abstract]:The stigmatization of chengguan leads to a situation in which the professional identity of chengguan group is threatened. The strategy adopted by chengguan to deal with the threat of identity is influenced by the degree of identity of the individual to its professional group. Will take the de-categorization way to alienate the group and identify with the other group categories. But for the chengguan members with a high degree of identity, they will take changes in the meaning and value dimension related to the group category. It can be seen that the negotiation of social identity and the richness of negotiation process. Through identity negotiation, individuals build an interactive bridge between the broken psychological needs and the social definition.
